INTRODUCING THE SECTION
Seedbed cultivators are designed for cultivate soil prior to seeding. They are mostly used in cultivating soil after tillage, but they can also be used in seedbed preparation in zero tillage systems. We have the most experience among all the manufacturers of agricultural technology in the category of seedbed cultivators. As a result, our comprehensive SWIFTER model line provides working widths from 9′ 10″ and 59′ 1″.
WHAT TO USE A SEEDBED CULTIVATOR FOR
A seedbed cultivator is used for levelling and for precise seedbed preparation before seeding. The perfect soil profile levelling of the cultivated field after previous operations is an essential and basic part of seedbed preparation.
An ideal soil particle structure, warming up and aerating the soil profile: those are pre-requisites of quick and uniform emergence of all seeded crops. A quality-prepared seedbed makes it possible to establish crops at the proper depth, and accelerates the work of the seed drill.
MAIN ADVANTAGES OF BEDNAR SEEDBED CULTIVATORS
The various working sections of the SWIFTER cultivators can be easily replaced, which makes the cultivator adjustable to seedbed preparation for a specific crop, or to the seasonal and soil type conditions (spring/fall cultivation, muddy/rocky soil).
Every pass across the field is important in seedbed preparation to prevent unnecessary drying out of soil. By combining up to eight operations, the SWIFTER seedbed cultivator prepares a quality seedbed in one pass.
SWIFTER SN MOUNTED SEEDBED CULTIVATORS
The SWIFTER SN model line offers mounted cultivators with a working width of 10′ – 16′, either rigid or folding. These are the most accessible seedbed cultivators on the market, using an efficient combination of up to seven working parts.
The low power demands makes the mounted SWIFTER SN cultivator suitable for connection with lower power tractors, which are often used by small farmers.

The SWIFTER SO_F TRAILED SEEDBED CULTIVATORS
The SWIFTER SO_F is a traditional line of highly popular seedbed cultivators by BEDNAR. They are available with a working width ranging from 13′ 1″ to 26′ 3″. The high working speed together with the working parts guarantee a perfect seedbed preparation.
The SWIFTER SO_F has a very low power demand thanks to its light, but highly durable frame.

The SWIFTER SO_PROFI PROFESSIONAL SEEDBED CULTIVATORS
The SWIFTER SO_PROFI cultivator is the traditional model made perfect. A great advantage is the overall spring-loading of the frames using a coil spring system that allows working with the implement at high speed of up to 9 mph (15 km/h).
The SWIFTER SO_PROFI cultivators are manufactured with a working width of 13′, 16′ and 20′. The cultivator can be equipped with a finish crosskill roller that increases the crushing effect of the rear crosskill rollers. The third finish crosskill roller is excellent for canola or sugar beet seedbed preparation.

SWIFTER SE LARGE CULTIVATORS
The SWIFTER SE model line offers seedbed cultivators with a working width from 26′ 3″ to 39′ 4″. The high working speed allows you to achieve high daily outputs with these tools. An advantage of the SWIFTER SE is the independent suspension of the working sections for perfect terrain contouring.
Like any other BEDNAR seedbed cultivators, the SWIFTER SE product line has exchangeable working sections to adjust the implement to the requirements of soil preparation for a specific crop.

The SWIFTER SM - THE LARGEST CULTIVATORS ON THE MARKET
We have had rich experience in the manufacture of large SWIFTER SM cultivators, and we are rightly among the market leaders in this segment. The large SWIFTER SM cultivators are available with a working width from 45′ 11″ to 59′ 1″.
The largest SWIFTER SM cultivator can prepare more than 490 acres per day. The independent spring-loading of the working sections contributes to perfect terrain contouring, even at such working widths.
