INTRODUCING THE SECTION

BEDNAR offers three types of row crop cultivators. There is the versatile ROW-MASTER RN, the sugar beet specialist ROW-MASTER RN_S and the new model ROW-MASTER RN_PROFI, equipped with ROW-UNIT CONTROL. Weeding row crops is becoming more important in terms of limiting the application of chemical plant protection products.

WHAT TO USE AN ROW CROP CULTIVATOR FOR

The row crop cultivator improves the vegetation conditions in row crops. Mid row cultivation is an effective mechanical pest elimination method; it disrupts the soil crust and creates an insulation layer during drought. Plant roots thus have access to the much needed air, and it is also possible to apply liquid or mineral fertiliser while weeding.

MAIN ADVANTAGES OF BEDNAR ROW CROP CULTIVATORS

BEDNAR row crop cultivators have an outstanding robust frame and a parallel linkage for each working unit. The cultivator can easily be adjusted to the type of loosening and plant growth stage by simply switching the individual working sections. The silent-block mounting of the individual working units increases their down pressure on soil. Row crop cultivators can be equipped with the Culti Cam / Tillett & Hague optical guidance system for easy and precise work.

VERSATILE ROW-MASTER CULTIVATOR

ROW-MASTER RN is a versatile row crop cultivator suitable for weeding stands of corn, sunflower, soya beans, sugar beet, or other row crops. The working width ranges from 15′ 9″ to 31′ 6″, with an adjustable row distance of cultivation units from 17.7″ to 32″.

ROW-MASTER RN_S – THE SUGAR BEET SPECIALIST

ROW-MASTER RN_S is an implement for mid row cultivation of sugar beet, with an adjustable row distance from 17.7″ to 19.7″ and a working width from 9′ 10″ to 39′ 4″. Depending on the model, the number of rows is from 6 to 24. We recommend fitting the cultivator with the Culti Cam optical guidance system when weeding sugar beet crop during the first leaf stage.

THE ROW-MASTER RN_PROFI CULTIVATOR WITH SECTION CONTROL

The ROW-MASTER RN_PROFI cultivator now offers the ROW-UNIT CONTROL function that allows independent control for each row unit. The underframe clearance was increased to 35,5″. ROW-MASTER RN_PROFI is available with a working width from 15′ 9″ to 31′ 6″.
