INTRODUCING THE SECTION
Cutting is an essential operation in agricultural production, as well as in the area of communal sphere and landscaping. Our Company has focused on the production of rotary cutters from the very beginning.
WHAT IS A ROTARY CUTTER FOR
Cutting is a need for land maintenance to prevent weeds and tree seeds from growing. In crop residue management, cutting is an important tool for cheap and quality field preparation for the next operation after harvesting the cover crop – it shortens and crushes crop residue, making its decomposition faster. Cutting is also a method of mechanical elimination of pests, such as the European corn borer in a corn stubble field.
MAIN ADVANTAGES OF BEDNAR ROTARY CUTTERS
All BEDNAR rotary cutters have an extremely robust structure with a hot-dipped galvanised frame, making the implement highly resistant to the aggressive plant juices and weather conditions. Easy maintenance is ensured by direct lubrication of all universal joints. Gearboxes are protected with a friction clutch, and the armoured bottom part of the mulcher increases its resistance to collisions. TRASH-FAN – the device for continuous machine surface cleaning is mounted centrally on the machine to provide the best possible effect at work, and also compactness during transport.
MULCHER MZ
The MULCHER MZ is equipped with three rotors. It comes in two versions – with a cutting width of 14′ 9″ or 19′. The wide range of the machine in combination with a high working speed guarantees achieving high daily outputs. Perfect terrain contouring is provided by the stepping axle and wing oscillation from −15° to +45°.

LARGE MULCHER MM
The largest rotary cutter in our product line, the MULCHER MM, has a cutting width of 23′ , and is equipped with five rotors. It is suitable for connection with tractors from 200 to 230 horsepowers. It provides high daily outputs and guarantees excellent quality of work thanks to the large width. The rotary cutter can be equipped with a TRASH-FAN that prevents impurities from getting stuck on the implement surface.
