WHAT TO USE TANKS AND AIR CARTS FOR

The mounted FERTI-BOX tanks, and FERTI-CART FC or COMBO SYSTEM CS trailed air-carts are primarily designed for connection with tillage implements. They enable you to cultivate soil, at deep or shallow levels, together with fertilizer placement into the soil profile, all in one pass. However, they can also be used in the case of seeding as a seed tank in connection with air drills or a seed bars.

MAIN ADVANTAGES OF BEDNAR TANKS AND AIR-CARTS

An important advantage of the mounted tanks and air-carts is their pressurised system. This technical design increases the accuracy of batching, mainly in fertilizers with more demanding distribution.

Intuitive control and easy batch setting are provided by the connection of the tractor with ISOBUS or one of the BEDNAR terminals.

REAR-MOUNTED FERTI-BOX FB

The mounted FERTI-BOX FB has two pressurized tanks, connected into the rear three-point hitch of the tractor. The total capacity of the hopper is 84 bu.

The FERTI-BOX FB 84 has an independent frame, to which one of the tillage or seeding implements can be hitched. The rear hitch can be equipped with a connecting plate or a pin with a diameter of 2″ or 2.8″.

FRONT-MOUNTED FERTI-BOX FB_F

The front-mounted version, FERTI-BOX FB_F, is designed for connection with tractors with a front three-point hitch. The multifunctional tank can be connected in combination with tillage implements row crop cultivators, or a seed bars.

The FERTI-BOX FB_F Dual version has two tanks in the 70:30 ratio, with a total capacity of 62 bu.

FERTI-CART FC SINGLE TANK AIR-CART

The trailed FERTI-CART FC single tank air-cart is suitable for connection with tillage implements, namely for placement of fertilizers in soil profile in one pass. The trailed FERTI-CART FC provides a total capacity of 100 bu.

The polyethylen tank is pressurised. The large inclination makes it possible to place low-quality fertilizer as well. Moreover, the mounted tank can be equipped with a scale system to give the most precise informations to the tractor operator.

COMBO SYSTEM CS TWO TANKS AIR-CART

The COMBO SYSTEM CS air-cart is a highly versatile tool thanks to its two tanks. The two pressurised tanks offers a total capacity of 142 bu in the ratio of 60:40.

The two tanks enable the placement of two types of fertilizer in soil at the same time. It allows also to drill two types of seeds in combination with the seed bars, or to place fertilizer with the seed at the same time, all in one pass.

SEED BOX SB, A FRONT-MOUNTED TANK FOR SEEDS AND FERTILIZER

The front-mounted SEED BOX SB is a single tank tool with a capacity of 44 bu that can be used in crop establishment in combination with the CORSA CN, GIRONA GN seed bars or in connection with the ROW-MASTER RN row crop cultivator for cultivation mid rows of row crops.

The tractor cabin provides an excellent view of the space before the tank. SEED BOX SB can be equipped with special application arms. The optional equipment also includes the V-RING packer or additional weight of 440 lbs.
