INTRODUCING THE SECTION

High speed discs are irreplaceable in both conventional and minimum tillage systems. Our product line includes two models of speed discs with a working width from 5′ 9″ to 60′ 4″ – the versatile SWIFTERDISC speed discs, and the heavy ATLAS speed discs.

WHAT TO USE A HIGH SPEED DISC FOR

A high speed disc is used for primary tillage. Stubble tillage should be done as soon after the harvest as possible to prevent evaporation of soil moisture, to achieve quick emergence of weeds, and to eliminate the occurrence of diseases and pests.

The sharp blade edges process soil well, provide easy recessing and subsequent mixing of crop residue and organic matter with soil. The quality incorporation of trash into soil ensures their quality decomposition.

Our Company has been specialising in the production of speed discs from the very beginning. You can choose from mounted or trailed high speed disc from our product line. We apply structurally interesting technical designs in the individual types of implements (double-rank packer arrangement, integrated axle, maintenance-free bearings, TWIN-DISC mounting system, X-PRECISE – position of the blade gang in the X, easy operation BEDNAR EASY CONTROL, compact transport dimensions up to 9′ 10″ even on the largest high speed disc with a working width of 60′ 4″).

VERSATILE SWIFTERDISC HIGH SPEED DISC

The SWIFTERDISC model product line includes highly versatile high speed disc with a short frame. They are suitable for quick quality primary tillage, as well as for seedbed preparation. Soil can be processed to a depth of up to 5.5″ with these speed discs.

To better adjust the high speed disc to the conditions, the front part of the implement can be equipped with the Crushbar levelling bar or the Trash Cutter cutting roller, according to the model.

HEAVY DUTY ATLAS HIGH SPEED DISC

The ATLAS model line includes speed discs specially designed for processing large quantities of trash and organic matter, such as cover crop, manure or slurry. The excellent trash throughput in combination with a large disc diameter makes it possible to process soil up to a depth of 6.5″.

The highly robust implement frame guarantees excellent quality of work and easy implement recessing, even when working in very dry conditions.
