The main advantage of ATLAS AN_PROFI disc cultivators is the disc section equipped with discs with a large diameter of 620 × 6 mm. The mounting of the individual discs guarantees precise and stable guidance of discs in soil, achieving even cultivation of the soil profile. The disc section can be equipped with serrated discs or aggressive discs. Aggressive discs have a special shape that improves soil penetration and provides a better cutting and mixing effect.
The ATLAS AN_PROFI models offer outstanding frame clearance that enables these robust disc cultivators to provide excellent mixing and incorporation of large quantities of organic matter, crop residue or catch crap.
The total weight of up to 3,350 kilograms in combination with a robust frame allows to add ballast weight of up to 200 kg to the AN-PROFI models. The ballast weight increases the down pressure on disc sections and facilitates soil penetration that can be a problem especially when working during drought.
Setting the working depth of the machine is easy and comfortable using the tipping hydraulic clips located on the rear hydraulic cylinders that connect the frame of the machine with the frame of compacting and crumbling packers.
To ensure safe transport, the side discs are folded upwards. The discs can be folded mechanically, or hydraulically in the comfort of the cabin. The hydraulic design is especially suitable when the machine is transported on roads more frequently. The full working width of three metres is achieved by unfolding the side discs into the working position.

FLEXI-BOX provides a maintenance-free mounting of arms to the frame. Each pin is fixed in a casing with special segments. The design does not require any lubrication, and it also reduces micro-vibrations transmitted from the discs to the frame.
NON-STOP spring protection is provided by a horizontal spring, which provides ideal digging force of each disc. It is designed especially for heavier and dry soils.
