A REAR-MOUNTED HOPPER FOR FERTILISER APPLICATION IN ONE PASS

FERTI-BOX FB is a mounted, double-chamber hopper with a total capacity of 85 bu, connected to the tractor rear three-point hitch. It is suitable for aggregation with the TERRALAND TO chisel plough, TERRALAND DO combined disc-chisel plough, or the FENIX FO deep cultivator, to provide fertiliser application into the soil profile together with soil cultivation in one pass.

The FERTI-BOX FB hopper is suitable for fertilizer application in aggregation with machines for shallow and deep soil cultivation (FENIX FO deep cultivators, TERRALAND TO chisel ploughs, or TERRALAND DO disc-chisel ploughs).

The FERTI-BOX FB mounted hopper provides a total capacity of 85 bu. The hopper is designed as double-chamber for application of two types of fertilisers in one pass. The individual chambers are divided in the ratio of 60:40.

PRESSURISED HOPPER

Increases precision and provides applications of high amounts.

The pressurised design increases the quality of fertiliser batching precision, even in the case of higher application amounts, or lower-quality fertiliser.

STAINLESS DISPENSING MECHANISM

Batch size according to the agronomic need.

The dispensing mechanism is made of stainless steel and driven by an electric motor, as a result of this the dispensed amount is precise at any speed. It is equipped with a GPS speed sensor.

EASY CONTROL

Using BEDNAR ISOBUS systems or terminals.

Setting the batches and hopper control is very easy. The FERTI-BOX FB mounted hopper can be controlled using ISOBUS on the tractor display, or using BEDNAR terminals, starting with the ME TOUCH SMART 570 terminal to ME TOUCH 800 with a touch display and a diagonal measurement of 8″.

Our portfolio includes various types of seeding rollers for the application of different fertiliser and seed sizes. We offer seeding rollers from 30 cm³ to 790 cm³.

EASY CONNECTION

Equipment for soil cultivation and seeding.

The mounted FERTI-BOX FB is aggregated into the rear three-point hitch of the tractor. The hopper has its own frame, to which a trailed machine is attached. The rear hitch can be equipped with a connecting plate or a pin with a diameter of 2 or 2.8 inches.

EXCELLENT VISIBILITY

Thanks to the sophisticated hopper shape.

The hopper is compact despite its large capacity. The sophisticated shape of the hopper, or the inclination of its top part, does not prevent the operator from monitoring the work of the trailed machine aggregated behind the hopper.

The pressure pushes fertiliser through the dispensing mechanism. Thanks to this design, FERTI-BOX can apply even lower-quality fertilisers or higher amounts of fertiliser in a better and more precise way.

AGRONOMICAL GUIDE

PROFILE FERTILISATION
The application of fertiliser into the soil environment known as profile fertilisation should be carried out together with depth loosening using FENIX cultivators, combined ACTROS cultivators or TERRALAND chisel ploughs. Such precisely placed fertiliser motivates the root system to grow faster and bigger which helps solve current issues with soil moisture. This fertiliser placement system is most often used for establishing deep-rooting crops such as corn, sugar beet or oilseed rape.
