A SEED BAR SUITABLE FOR ANY CONDITIONS

The mounted CORSA CN seed bar is available with a working width of 19′ 8″ – 29′ 6″. The seed bar is suitable for connection in the three-point hitch of the tractor or the COMBO SYSTEM CS, FERTI-CART FC air-carts, or the front FERTI-BOX FB_F tanks, or other equipment. The seed bar can be used in establishing densely seeded crops (cereals, canola, grass, cover crop) into prepared soil where emphasis is placed on quality crop establishment and high throughputs.

CORSA CN SEED BAR FOR VARIOUS CONDITIONS.

CORSA CN is a seed bar designed for establishing crops in at least partially prepared soil. The robust frame of the seed bar features twin-disc drill openers mount on parallel linkage. A great advantage of the CORSA CN seed bar is its high manoeuvrability, high area output and precise seed application into the soil.

TWIN-DISC DRILL OPENER MOUNT ON PARALLEL LINKAGE

Even seeds placement guaranteed.

The twin-disc drill opener cuts the plant residues and creates a clean and ready-to-use groove for even seed placement. The seed is then covered with fine soil and pressed downward with a packer wheel. The rear tine harrow is adjustable according to the existing soil and moisture conditions. The drill opener features a parallel linkage, which ensures even seed placement at the set working depth along the entire working width of the seed bar.

TWO ROW SPACING OPTIONS

5" or 6.5"

The CORSA CN versatile seed bar can be equipped, as standard, with drill openers with an row spacing of 5″ suitable for cropping systems with a high ratio of cereals in the crop rotation. The row spacing of 6.5″ is suitable for seeding with large quantities of crop residue on the surface.

BLOCKAGE SENSORS

Keep track of the throughput of each drill opener.

The seed bar can be equipped with blockage sensors on request. The device ensures that if a drill opener gets clogged, the information is displayed on the screen. That guarantees maximum seeding precision.

SWITCHING OFF HALF OF THE SEED BAR WORKING WIDTH

Save up to 6% on seed costs.

CORSA CN 20′ can optionally be equipped with a pair of distribution towers that offer the possibility of switching off half of the working width of the seed bar to prevent unwanted application of excessive seed.

TRACTOR AND GAUGE WHEELS TRACK ERADICATORS

No more visible tracks.

Upon request, the versatile CORSA CN seed bar may be fitted with a tractor or air-cart track eradicator. This equipment guarantees the loosening of the compacted tracks. Optional equipment for the CORSA CN 20′ model also includes gauge wheel track eradicators.

MATADOR MO is a air drill designed for strip seeding and establishing crops. The CORSA CN 20′ seed bar is connected to a three-point hitch of the air drill.

The FERTI-BOX FB_F mounted front tank has a capacity of 54 – 62 bu. Fertilizer is pneumatically distributed from the front tank to the distribution tower on the seed bar.

The COMBO SYSTEM CS is two tanks air-cart which has a total capacity of 140 bu. The seed bar can be connected on its three-point hitch. The two tanks design enables seeding two types of seeds at the same time, or placing fertilizer into mid rows together with seeds.

The FERTI-CART FC air-cart has a capacity of 100 bu. The CORSA CN seed bar can easily be connected on its three-point hitch. FERTI-CART FC can be equipped with a scale system on request.

Seed bar

Formed by double-disc drill openers mounted on a parallelogram for perfect terrain contouring. Optional row spacing of 5″ or 6.5″.

Front accessories

CORSA CN can be accessorised at the front with TURBO/PROFI coulters, the Crushbar levelling board or a tire packer.

Gauge wheels

The gauge wheels are used to guide the tool smoothly through the terrain, stabilize the side frames and maintain the set seed bar seeding depth.

Tractor track eradicators

The track eradicators are used for loosening compacted tracks created by the tractor or air-cart.

Gauge wheels track eradicators

The track eradicators are used for loosening compacted tracks created by the gauge wheels.

Application spreaders

They are used for the application of fertilizer, seed or microgranulate onto the soil surface. The application is conducted using application spreaders placed between the drill openers.

Distribution tower

It ensures the smooth flow of seed or seed with fertilizer to the individual drill openers.

Side markers

They are used to mark the following run of the seed bar. Suitable accessory for a seed bar carried by a tractor not equipped with GPS navigation.

OUR INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES

DRILL OPENER PSP SYSTEM

The double-disc drill openers are attached to the seed bar frame with a parallel linkage. The design provides perfect terrain contouring and even seed placement at the same depth along the entire width of the machine.

DOUBLE EDGE DRILL OPENERS

The implement moves away from the ideal line and wobbles when seeding. That creates increased gaps, or so-called “eyes” between the individual rides in the field (with standard arrangement of the drill openers). All those deficiencies are eliminated with our innovative design – the double edge drill openers. When there is a deviation from the ideal line, the growth is only thinned locally without any significant gaps, or eyes“.
