Drill coulters with an inter-row distance of 6.6 inches
The inter-row distance of 6.6 inches provides better material throughput. It is suitable for technologies with larger quantities of crop residue on the surface.
The mounted CORSA CN seeding bar is available with a working width of 20 – 30 feet. The seeding bar is suitable for aggregation in the three-point hitch of the tractor or the COMBO SYSTEM CS, FERTI-CART FC storage tanks, or the front FERTI-BOX FB_F hoppers, or other equipment. The seeding bar can be used in establishing densely seeded crops (cereals, oilseeds, grasses, catch crop) into prepared soil where emphasis is placed on quality crop establishment and a large area output.

The mounted CORSA CN seeding bar is designed for establishing crops in soil that has been at least partially prepared. The seeding bar frame holds the individual double-disc drill coulters. Since there is no disc section for soil preparation, the CORSA CN seeding bar is also suitable for establishing crop in extreme conditions because there is not risk of clogging of the disc section.
The double-disc drill coulters are attached to the seeding bar frame with a parallelogram. That allows the individual drill coulters to perfectly trace terrain and place seeds evenly at a constant depth level along the entire working width.
The CORSA CN universal seeding bar can be equipped, in production, with drill coulters with an inter-row spacing of 4.9 inches suitable for most stubble breaking operations with a higher ratio of cereals in the seeding procedure, according to the customer’s requirements. The inter-row spacing of 6.6 inches is suitable for stubble breaking with large quantities of crop residue on the surface.
The specially designed distribution head also allows seeding two crops at the same time, or seeding in every other row, with an inter-row spacing of 9.8 or 13 inches. This solution is suitable for establishing oilseed rape crop. When using the CORSA CN seeding bar for planting two crops in every other row, you can place each crop at a different depth level. The drill coulter support wheel can be set at various holes with a spacing of 0.8 inches. Adjusting every other support wheel sets a different seeding depth in the even coulters than in the odd coulters
The seed drill can be equipped with flow sensors on request. The device ensures that if a drill coulter gets clogged, the information is displayed on the screen. That guarantees maximum seeding precision.
The double-disc seed drill with an offset disc cuts crop residue and creates a clean and prepared groove for even seed placement. There is either a standard, or carbide scraper between two discs. The seeds are then covered with fine soil and pressed down into the soil by the depth wheel. The depth wheel is available in two sizes: 13×2 inches and 13×2.6 inches.
It is possible to set various drill coulter pressure according to the soil conditions. The pressure is set hydraulically or mechanically.
The double-disc drill coulter can place seeds or fertilizer at a depth of up to 3.1 inches. The working depth can be regulated hydraulically or mechanically.
The FERTI-BOX FB_F mounted front hopper has a capacity of 54 – 62 bu. Fertiliser is pneumatically distributed from the front hopper to the distribution head on the seeding bar.
The COMBO SYSTEM CS trailed double-chamber storage tank has a capacity of 142 bu per each hopper. The seeding bar is aggregated in the three-point hitch of the storage tank. The double-chamber hopper design enables seeding two types of seeds at the same time, or applying fertiliser into inter-rows together with seeding.
The FERTI-CART FC trailed storage tank has a capacity of 100 bu. The CORSA CN seeding bar is easily aggregated using a three-point hitch. FERTI-CART FC can be equipped with a strain-gauge weighing system on request.

Formed by double-disc drill coulters mounted on a parallelogram for perfect terrain tracing. Optional inter-row spacing of 4.9 or 6.6 inches.
Used for making the guiding groove for continuous follow-up of the individual widths when the tractor is not equipped with GPS navigation.
The drill coulter is attached to the seeding bar frame with a parallelogram. The system perfectly maintains the set working depth along the entire width of the machine.
Offers the option to deactivate a half of the working width.
Provide perfect terrain tracing and keep the seeding bar at the set working depth.
“I like the seeding bar. It helps us manage seeding by the agricultural deadlines and it also helped us expand the use of the COMBO-SYSTEM storage tank, which we use in aggregation with other BEDNAR machines.”
