Today, farmers want to have versatile implements for tillage that provide a wide range of use throughout the year. VERSATILL VO_PROFI is a highly versatile field cultivator designed for shallow tillage after harvest, or for seedbed preparation. The wide range of various types of points and sweeps mounted in six ranks enables you to adjust the implement to your conditions, provides perfect throughput, even when working in moist soils or fields with large quantities of crop residue. VERSATILL VO_PROFI is available in two working widths, 19′ 8″ and 24′ 7″.

SHANKS ARRANGED IN SIX RANKS

VERSATILL VO_PROFI has the individual shanks arranged in six ranks. The spacing between the individual shanks is 6.7″. Such technical parameters provides excellent soil profile undercutting and mixing of crop residue with soil. The high underframe clearance of 22″ makes the implement suitable also for fields with large quantities of crop residue.

The VERSATILL VO_PROFI cultivator can be equipped with four types of working tools (points or sweeps) that allow easy adjustment of the implement for shallow tillage, loosening at a medium depth of 6″ or seedbed preparation. The proper selection of a sweep is also crucial based on the soil’s characteristics or the season.

EXCELLENT FOR CULTIVATING A STUBBLE FIELD

VERSATILL VO_PROFI in combination with the Trash Cutter roller.

The design of the VERSATILL VO_PROFI cultivator predetermines the implement to perform shallow and fast tillage after harvest. Thanks to the perfect overlapping of the shares, the field is undercut evenly up to a depth of 6″. For intense crop residue processing, namely sunflower, canola or corn stalks, we recommend adding the Trash Cutter roller to VERSATILL VO_PROFI. The small diameter of the cutting roller offers a high circumferential speed, providing a perfect cutting and crushing effect.

AN EFFECTIVE COMBINATION OF WORKING TOOLS

Ideal for creating a fine seedbed structure.

The VERSATILL VO_PROFI cultivator is also suitable for seedbed preparation thanks to its light, but durable frame. It can be equipped with the hydraulically controlled front Crushbar levelling bar, which can also be installed after the sweep section, for perfect levelling of any terrain unevenness and breaking the rough furrow. The cultivator’s work is completed with various types of rollers that provide final surface consolidation and create a fine soil structure.

A SMART TOOL DESIGN

Work without any problems even in muddy conditions.

The rear rollers can get clogged, especially when working in extreme conditions in fall. When compared with other cultivators with a similar design, the VERSATILL VO_PROFI cultivator offers the option to work without the rear rollers, which can be easily disconnected or lifted, because the shanks are mounted right behind the transport axle.

MECHANICAL OR HYDRAULIC CONTROL

Easy working depth setting.

Customers can choose from two types of working depth control. The working depth is set mechanically on the rear packers and gauge wheels. The VERSATILL VO_PROFI cultivator may also be equipped with the highly comfortable hydraulic working depth adjustment, done in the comfort of the tractor cabin.

GAUGE WHEELS

Ensure perfect terrain contouring.

The side frames of the VERSATILL VO_PROFI cultivator are equipped with gauge wheels for perfect terrain contouring. The field is evenly cultivated at the set working depth along the entire width of the implement.

It is used for breaking the rough furrow and for initial levelling of terrain unevenness.

Shank gang

Ensures excellent undercutting and mixing of crop residue with soil. There are four types of working tools available (points or sweeps) to adjust the implement to the operation needed.

Integrated transport axle

Reduces the turning radius at headland and increases implement stability.

Gauge wheels

Mounted on the side frame sections to provide excellent terrain contouring.

Leveller mounted behind the shank gang

Helps level the soil surface and crumbles larger clods before the final surface consolidation.

Create an ideal fine soil structure and close the soil surface to prevent evaporation.

OUR INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES

MAINTENANCE-FREE AUTO-RESET SHANK PROTECTION

The individual shanks using maintenance-free auto-reset system with downforce of 551 lb. This design guarantees a long service life, easy lifting of the shank in the case of a collision with an obstacle, and above all, maintaining the set working depth up to 6″.

Front equipment

Crushbar leveller

The hydraulically controlled Crushbar levelling bar is especially suitable for initial surface levelling and for breaking the rough furrow in front of the disc gang. The individual levelling paddles are reinforced. It is easily controlled using the hydraulic circuit from the comfort of the cabin.

Front cutting roller Trash Cutter

Cutter roller with helically arranged blades. The small diameter enables achieving a high circumferential speed. The roller provides an excellent cutting of cornstalks, canola and sunflower stems or cover crops. As a result, the crop residue is incorporated better and the improved soil contact stimulates its breakdown. The roller downpressure is controlled hydraulically from the cab.

Rollers and packers

V-RING Packer + scrapers

V-RING is a heavy steel packer suitable for intense crumbling and reverse soil compaction. The packer is suitable for all types of soil. Packer diameter 25″. Weight: 1222 lb/ft (including scrapers).

Double U-RING Packer (23.5")

The U-RING packer is a dual rank steel packer. The ranks are offset, which provides an excellent self-cleaning effect. The packer is great for crumbling, and the U-shape rings and the low risk of clogging make it suitable for work in muddy conditions. The dual packer increases implement stability at work. Packer diameter 23.5″. Weight: 1664 lb/ft.

Crushbar leveller

The leveler in front of the double packers levels any unevenness after the previous section. The packers only consolidate the soil without levelling it. The result is a perfectly level field.
