The FENIX FO_PROFI deep cultivator is a new generation of cultivators for intense shallow soil cultivation after harvest, as well as in-depth cultivation of up to 14 inches prior to crop establishment. The FENIX FO_PROFI semi-mounted cultivator has tines arranged into four rows in the shape of an arrow. The well-thought-out design reduces tractive resistance and tractor output demands.

FOUR ROWS OF TINES

Even better loosening and mixing effect.

The models of the FENIX FO_PROFI universal cultivator have tines arranged in four rows. The individual tines are sufficiently spaced, both inside the row and between the individual rows. Therefore, The FENIX FO_PROFI offers high throughput even when working in fields with large quantities of crop residue, organic mass (manure, slurry) or when incorporating catch crop.

TINE V-LAYOUT

Lower tractive resistance and fuel consumption.

The FENIX FO_PROFI universal cultivator excels in the low demands for pulling force thanks to the convenient layout of the individual tines against the soil that reduces tractive resistance. The arrow layout of the tines provides gradual penetration of the individual tines into the soil and excellent processing along the entire machine width.

NEW TYPES OF PROTECTION

Maximum adjustment of the machine to the soil conditions.

The FENIX FO_PROFI cultivator now offers several types of protection: shear bolt protection, NON-STOP double-spring horizontal protection (release force of 1 058 lbs) or comfortable hydraulic protection (release force of 1 213 lbs).

INTEGRATED AXLE

Work without the rear packers even when it is wet.

The integrated axle mounted between the working tines enables the machine to work without the rear packer (more tines work after the transport wheels). When it is wet, the packers can easily be deactivated, and soil is cultivated without compaction. This advantage can also be used when preparing soil for winter, when it is usually not required or recommended to roll the soil.

PERFECT SOIL LEVELLING

Choose a combination of the levelling section and a leveller.

FENIX FO_PROFI can be equipped with a whole range of working parts in relation to the soil character or customer’s requirements. The four rows of tines are followed with a levelling section that can be equipped with the levelling backfillers or levelling discs, controlled mechanically or hydraulically conveniently from the tractor cabin. For perfect soil levelling, the FENIX FO cultivator can be equipped with the Crushbar leveller after the rear packers.

FOUR TYPES OF WORKING CHISELS

Allow adjusting the machine to deep loosening or shallow stubble ploughing.

The FENIX FO_PROFI deep cultivator can be equipped with four types of chisels, which let you adjust the machine for deep loosening or shallow stubble ploughing after harvest. A properly selected working chisel type is also important in terms of the character of the soil to be processed, or the season. You can choose from chisels with a width of 3 and 2.5 inches, or LONG LIFE chisels with a width of 3 and 1,5 inches, fitted with carbide plates for higher durability.

SUPPORT WHEELS

Ensure perfect terrain tracing.

The FENIX FO_PROFI cultivator can be equipped with support wheels for perfect terrain tracing. They ensure that the field is evenly cultivated at the set working depth along the entire width of the machine.

REAR PACKERS WITH PARALLELOGRAM

A continuous contact with soil under any conditions.

The rear packers of the universal FENIX FO_PROFI cultivator are equipped with a parallelogram that provides perfect terrain tracing and maintains the set working depth. The rear packers are not a part of the support frame as in other competitive machines.

A SMALLER OR LARGER WIDTH?

HYDRAULIC TONGUE

The hydraulic cylinder of the tongue enables excellent terrain contouring. It eliminates tension affecting the tongue and absorbs shocks, even at high working speeds.

Rear crushbar leveler

The leveler in front of the double packers levels any unevenness after the previous section. The packers only consolidate the soil without levelling it. The result is a perfectly level field.

Backfilling section

Levelling springs

Used for levelling surface before the rear packer. Suitable equipment for machines used in lighter soils.

Backfilling discs

Levelling rotary discs that perfectly level the surface, adjustable according to the soil conditions. Suitable equipment for machines used in heavier soils.

Rollers and packers

V-RING Packer with Scrapers

A heavy steel packer for intense crumbling and soil profile reconsolidation suitable for all types of soil. Diameter 24.8 inches, weight 114 lb/ft incl. scrapers.

Double V-RING Packer

A packer made of individual V-shaped rings with low adhesion, outstanding trash flow and resistance to plugging in wet conditions. The offset layout provides an excellent self-cleaning effect and improves the machine stability at work. Diameter 24.8 inches, weight 110 lb/ft.

Double U-RING Packer (23.6-inch)

A two-row steel packer consisting of individual U-shaped rings. The offset layout provides an exceptional self-cleaning effect and improves the machine stability at work. The packer excels in crumbling and its resistance to plugging makes it well suitable for work in wet conditions. Diameter 23.6 inches, weight 155 lb/ft.

DEEP SOIL CULTIVATION
FENIX depth cultivators are suitable tools for deep soil cultivation of up to 14 inches. The optimally designed layout of the individual tines provides excellent soil profile undercutting and mixing of crop residue with soil. Deep loosening provides soil with the proper structure, with the properties of a fungus that is able to absorb precipitation and provide water to roots in the dry season.
