A tine cultivator with a wide range of application throughout the year, designed for shallow stubble cultivation or seedbed preparation.
VERSATILL VO_PROFI has the individual tines arranged in six rows. The spacing between the individual tines is 17 centimetres. Such technical parameters provides excellent soil profile undercutting and mixing of crop residue with soil. The high frame clearance of 56 centimetres makes the machine suitable also for fields with large quantities of crop residue.
The VERSATILL VO_PROFI cultivator can be equipped with four types of working parts (chisels or sweeps) that allow easy adjustment of the machine for shallow stubble cultivation, loosening at a medium depth of 15 centimeters, or soil preparation. The proper selection of a sweep is also crucial based on the soil’s characteristics or the season.
The design of the VERSATILL VO_PROFI cultivator predetermines the machine to perform shallow and fast stubble cultivation after harvest. Thanks to the perfect overlapping of the shares, the field is undercut evenly up to a depth of 15 centimetres. For intense crop residue processing, namely sunflower, oilseed rape or corn stalks, we recommend adding the Trash Cutter roller to VERSATILL VO_PROFI. The small diameter of the cutting roller offers a high circumferential speed, providing a perfect cutting and crushing effect.
The VERSATILL VO_PROFI cultivator is also suitable for seedbed preparation thanks to its light, but durable frame. It can be equipped with the hydraulically controlled front Crushbar levelling bar, which can also be installed after the sweep section, for perfect levelling of any terrain unevenness and breaking the rough furrow. The cultivator’s work is completed with various types of packers that provide final surface consolidation and create a fine soil structure.
The rear packers can get clogged, especially when working in extreme conditions in autumn. When compared with other machines with a similar design, the VERSATILL VO_PROFI cultivator offers the option to work without the rear packers, which can be easily disconnected or lifted, because the sweeps are mounted right behind the transport axle.
Customers can choose from two types of working depth control. The working depth is set mechanically on the rear packers and front support wheels. The VERSATILL VO_PROFI cultivator may also be equipped with the highly comfortable hydraulic working depth adjustment, done in the comfort of the tractor cabin.
The side frames of the VERSATILL VO_PROFI cultivator are equipped with support wheels for perfect terrain contouring. The field is evenly cultivated at the set working depth along the entire width of the machine.

The individual tines are spring-loaded using a simple maintenance-free horizontal auto-reset system with downforce of 250 kg. This design guarantees a long service life, easy lifting of the tine in the case of a collision with an obstacle, and above all, maintaining the set working depth up to 15 centimetres.

The hydraulically controlled Crushbar levelling bar is especially suitable for initial surface levelling and for breaking the rough furrow before the disc section. The individual levelling paddles are reinforced. It is easily controlled using the hydraulic circuit from the comfort of the cabin.
The front, screw-shaped Trash Cutter roller is equipped with sharp blades. The small roller diameter enables to achieve a high circumferential speed. The roller provides an excellent cutting effect in processing the stalks of oilseed rape, sunflower, or catch crop. Thanks to that, the crop residue is mixed with soil better, which accelerates its decomposition. The down pressure of the roller is controlled hydraulically from the tractor cabin.

V-RING is a heavy steel packer suitable for intense crumbling and reverse soil consolidation. The packer is suitable for all types of soil. Packer diameter 630 mm. Weight: 169 kg/m (including scrapers).
The U-RING packer is a double-row steel packer. The rows are offset, which provides an excellent self-cleaning effect. The packer is great for crumbling, and the U-shape rings and the low risk of clogging make it suitable for work in wet conditions. The double packer increases machine stability at work. Packer diameter 600 mm. Weight: 230 kg/m.
The levelling bar, placed in front of the rear double packers is used for levelling off any unevenness after the previous section. The packers only consolidate soil, they do not level it. The outcome is a perfectly levelled field.
