MAIN ADVANTAGES OF BEDNAR SEED DRILLS

The seed drills use pressurised hoppers. This solution increases the accuracy of dispensing. Drill coulters are mounted on a parallelogram, which provides perfect terrain contouring and even seed placement at a constant depth level. The wide choice of front equipment makes it possible to adjust the machine for crop establishment in the required technology or conditions.

The innovative structural design of double edge coulters solves the issue of seed drills slipping on a slope. There are two available seed drill inter-row distance options – 16.7 centimetres or 12.5 centimetres. The X-shaped disc section prevents drifting of the machine, as well as other problems.

COMPACT OMEGA OO_L SEED DRILLS

The OMEGA OO_L seed drills are universal machines suitable for crops establishment in both conventional and minimimum tillage technologies, but they can also be useful in direct seeding into mulch, or over-seeding.

OMEGA OO_L is a versatile seed-drill that offers a disc working section for soil cultivation, an optional third row of coulters, and an excellent seed placement. OMEGA OO_L seed drills are available with a working width from 3 to 9 metres.

OMEGA OO_FL SEED DRILLS WITH SUPPLEMENTARY FERTILISATION

The OMEGA OO_FL product range introduces seed drills with a double-chamber hopper. It enables seeding crop together with supplementary fertilisation, or seeding several crops at the same time, such as the main and intermediate crop, all in one pass.

The OMEGA OO_FL seed drills thus offer a highly versatile application and allow to flexibly respond to the latest agronomic trends. The OMEGA OO_FL range offers working width from 4 to 9 metres.

EFECTA CE WIDE SEED DRILL

EFECTA CE is a wide, highly efficient seed drill with a working width of 12 metres, designed for high daily outputs. EFECTA CE is primarily designed for crop establishment in prepared soil.

It is the only wide machine on the market that can be equipped with four types of front equipment. EFECTA CE uses a divided, double-chamber pressurised hopper, with a total capacity of 6,000 litres, which can be used for fertiliser application while seeding, or for seeding several types of seeds, in one pass.

CORSA CN SEEDING BAR

The CORSA CN compact seeding bar is available with a working width of 6 to 9 metres. The lightweight seeding bar concept is suitable for connection with low-power tractors. The seeding bar can be connected directly to the three-point tractor hitch in combination with a front seed hopper or a trailed air-cart, or with a MATADOR MO seed drill.

The CORSA CN seeding bar is suitable for establishing crops in partially cultivated soil, or it can be used for sowing in extreme conditions (wet soil, waterlogged land).

DIRECTO NO Seed Drill for Direct Drill

DIRECTO NO is a seed drill designed for direct drill. Its high robustness and the specially designed drill coulter guarantee a high down pressure of up to 300 kg per coulter. DIRECTO NO is equipped with a double-chamber pressurised hopper with a total capacity of 5,000 litres. The machine can be equipped with the ALFA DRILL seeding unit, with a capacity of up to 400 litres, on request.

MATADOR MO Seed Drill for Strip-till Seeding

The MATADOR MO models series includes seed drills designed for strip-till technology with simultaneous fertiliser placement and seeding. The chisel section is equipped with robust individual hydraulic tine protection. The double rubber-tyred packer layout is a great advantage of the MATADOR MO seed drill, guaranteeing excellent throughputs. MATADOR MO can be equipped with the CORSA CN seeding bar or with a planter.

KATARA KN_S seed drill combination

KATARA KN_S is a seed drill combination designed for high-quality seedbed preparation and sowing in a single pass. The large number of rotors per working width metre combined with a high circumferential speed makes it ideal for heavy and hard-to-work soils. KATARA KN_S can be fitted with seed coulters with inter-row distance of 12.5 or 16.7 cm.
