All of that starts after the harvest of the intercrop with crop residue management. For this operation, we offer harrows and crop residue mulchers.

When the stubble field, which is becoming essential with regard to the growing yield of the crops and the decreasing share of animal production, has been thoroughly treated, it is time for stubble cultivators for the first basic soil cultivation. We manufacture a whole range of such machines and our goal is to provide cheap, user-friendly and best-quality stubble cultivation of the soil profile to start the decomposition processes of the intercrop residue, saving moisture by interrupting capillarity and starting the second growth.

Together with deep cultivation, we are engaged in the method of profile fertilization, based on precise and sometimes variable (often depending on soil maps) application of attractive fertilizers into soil environments. Such precisely placed fertilizer motivates the root system for faster and more massive growth, which helps solve the current issues with moisture.

For wide-row cultures, we offer systems of deep strip soil cultivation together with fertilization below the established crop. This method helps farmers establish crop economically while maximizing the harvest yield potential.

As a response to the variable weather conditions, as well as various restrictive measures imposed by authorities, we have been developing methods and verifying technological procedures for inter-row soil cultivation. We have decided to maximally use sophisticated equipment for guiding machines into inter-rows and equipment that allows batching of various types of fertilizers with the grown crop at the time of vegetation when the fertilizer can be used maximally.


Another group of machines includes seedbed cultivators that prepare soil for seeding. Our long-standing development and testing has made us the leading global suppliers of technology with the width from 3 to 18 metres in this group of machines. We design the machines with consideration to the actual needs in soil cultivation where one of the main conditions for success is invariable depth of the created seedbed. This can be achieved by a sophisticated system of soil relief tracing.



Lately, we have been intensely engaged in the development and production of universal seed drills. Our conception is based on the requirements laid by customers on a machine that is able to combine various types of soil cultivation in relation to the conditions or season. For the process of seeding, we have selected the absolutely precise seed placement using the PSP system, based on a parallelogram. We are aware of the requirement of customers for placing seeds at a uniform depth along the entire width of the seed drill. Our seeding technology uses state-of-the-art methods of seed distribution and seed amount setting, but we are still facing challenges in developing the current technology in the field.
