Disruption of the soil crust means more air for the sugar beet crop
The RN_S inter-row cultivator (weeder) is designed for disrupting the soil crust and for regulating the weeds and weed beet, primarily in the sugar beet crop. There is a wide selection of working parts for the cultivator in relation to the level of the stand and the required operation intensity. Specifically, it is possible to choose from flexible weeder, chisels, sweeps, or covering shares. The ROW-MASTER RN_S cultivator is manufactured in four versions, with a working width from 3 metres to 12 metres. The recommended tractordepends on the working width and soil conditions and it ranges from 60 to 160 HP. All RN_S models have a frame clearance of 42 cm and they are designed for the cultivation of sugar beet inter-rows with spacing of 45–50 cm. The working depth can be set from 2 to 10 cm and individually for every carriage.
The massive frame with a high clearance enables cultivation in tall vegetation
ROW-MASTER has a maintenance-free parallelogram hitch for the units with a deep supporting wheel
The Czech manufacturer of agricultural technology also offers a universal inter-row cultivator. It is designed for cultivating inter-rows in the crops of maize, sunflower, sugar beet and other row crops. Its massive frame with a clearance of 80 cm allows to cultivate even high vegetation. The universal weeder is manufactured in three versions with a working width from 4.8 to 9.6 metres. The working depth can be set from 2 to 12 cm. The recommended tractor output is 60 to 150 HP according to the soil conditions and according to the selected working width. The cultivator is designed for weeding wide-row crops with a variable setting for inter-row spacing of 45, 50, 60, 70, 75 and 80 cm.
Each working unit works on a parallelogram installed on silent blocks. This unique maintenance-free solution creates a continuous pressure on the supporting wheel and improves the penetration of the working parts into the soil. The weeders can be equipped with the CultiCam sensor on request, a system that can guide the working units from early emergence of the crop and that considerably increases labour productivity and comfort.
CultiCam manages to navigate the weeder starting with 2 true leaves
