WHAT TO USE HOPPERS AND STORAGE TANKS FOR

The mounted FERTI-BOX hoppers, and FERTI-CART FC and COMBO SYSTEM CS storage tanks are primarily designed for aggregation with soil cultivators. They enable you to cultivate soil, at deep or shallow levels, together wit fertilizer application into the soil profile, all in one pass. However, they can also be used in the case of sowing as a seed hopper in aggregation with seed drills or a seed bar.

MAIN ADVANTAGES OF BEDNAR HOPPERS AND STORAGE TANKS

An important advantage of the hoppers and storage tanks is that they are pressurized. This technical design increases the accuracy of batching, mainly in fertilizers with more demanding distribution.

Intuitive control and easy batch setting are provided by the connection of the tractor with ISOBUS or one of the BEDNAR terminals.

REAR-MOUNTED FERTI-BOX FB

The mounted FERTI-BOX FB is a double-chamber pressurized hopper, aggregated into the rear three-point hitch of the tractor. The total capacity of the hopper is 85 bu.

The hopper has an independent frame, to which one of the mounted machines for soil cultivation or seeding can be attached. The rear hitch can be equipped with a connecting plate or a pin with a diameter of 2 or 3 inches.

FRONT-MOUNTED FERTI-BOX FB_F

The front-mounted version, FERTI-BOX FB_F, is designed for aggregation with tractors with a front three-point hitch. The multifunctional hopper can be aggregated in combination with soil cultivators, inter-row cultivators, or a seeding bar.

The FERTI-BOX FB_F Dual version has two chambers in the 70:30 ratio, with a total capacity of 62 bu.

FERTI-CART FC SINGLE-CHAMBER STORAGE TANK

The mounted FERTI-CART FC single-chamber storage tank is suitable for aggregation with soil cultivators, namely for profile fertilization in one pass. The FERTI-CART FC storage tank provides a total capacity of 100 bu.

The plastic tank is pressurized. The large inclination makes it possible to apply lower-quality fertilizers as well. Moreover, the mounted tank can be equipped with a strain-gauge weighing system.

COMBO SYSTEM CS DOUBLE-CHAMBER STORAGE TANK

The COMBO SYSTEM CS storage tank is a highly universal mounted hopper with two chambers. The double-chamber pressurised hopper offers a total capacity of 142 bu in the ratio of 60:40.

The two chambers enable the application of up to two types of fertilizer in soil at the same time, or to plant two types of seeds in combination with the seeding bar, or to use the option to apply fertilizer and seed at the same time, all in one pass.

SEED BOX SB, A FRONT-MOUNTED HOPPER FOR SEEDS AND FERTILIZER

The front-mounted SEED BOX SB is a single-chamber hopper with a capacity of 45 bu that can be used in crop establishment in combination with the CORSA CN seeding bar or in aggregation with the ROW-MASTER RN cultivator for aerating inter-rows of wide-row crop.
The tractor cabin provides an excellent view of the space before the hopper. SEED BOX SB can be equipped with special application arms. The optional equipment also includes the V-RING packer or additional ballast of 400 lb.
