The SWIFTERDISC model series includes highly versatile disc cultivators designed for quality stubble breaking as well as seedbed cultivation. The individual models can be equipped with the Crushbar levelling board or the Trash Cutter roller. The machines can cultivate soil up to a depth of 14 centimetres according to the disc diameter: 520 or 560 mm.
The SWIFTERDISC XN series offers machines with a working span from 3 to 5 metres. They are mounted models available in the rigid or folding version. The rigid models have side discs that can be folded upwards to ensure safe transport. The full working width of the machine is achieved by unfolding the side discs into the working position.
SWIFTERDISC XO_F is an extremely popular disc cultivator that can be fitted with 520 or 560 mm discs. The integrated transport axle, the two-row disc layout and hydraulic drawbar guarantee high stability. The SWIFTERDISC XO_F model series is available with a working span from 4 to 7.5 metres.
When compared with the XO_F model series, the SWIFTERDISC XO_PROFI cultivator offers several interesting structural designs, such as the ‘X’ disc section layout (X-PRECISE system). This innovative design eliminates drifting of the machine to the side. The frame is more robust and the distance between the individual working sections is high.
The SWIFTERDISC XE model series is immensely popular when it comes to wide-span machines. The machines with a working span of 10 or 12.4 metres can be equipped with the front Crushbar paddle levelling board. The two folding side frames eliminate the number of hydraulic cylinders and lubrication points and contribute to a better weight distribution. The machine turns continuously at headland using support wheels, rear packers and the transport axle.
The XE_PROFI models are the SWIFTERDISC flagship product line. It is an ISOBUS-compatible stubble cultivator that offers fully automated machine folding and unfolding using one button when equipped with the electrical-hydraulic control. The machine is also fitted with the X-PRECISE disc layout, front double swivel support wheels, or the option to attach the ALFA DRILL seeding unit.
The SWIFTERDISC XE_MEGA series, offering models with a working span from 16.4 to 18.4 metres, is intended for the largest agricultural businesses. SWIFTERDISC XE_MEGA is designed for the most powerful tractors on the market with the possibility to achieve a daily output of up to 230 hectares. Despite the fact that it is a machine with a huge working span, it folds safely into the transport width of 3 metres for road transportation.
