FARM CARBON AUDIT for free delivered exclusively from BEDNAR

Removing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere helps to improve the environment. Sustainable food production in Europe will require the most environmentally friendly agricultural practices. In particular, carbon and biomass storage in the soil. BEDNAR has specially prepared the following promotion for its customers.

FARM CARBON AUDIT for free delivered exclusively from BEDNAR

FARM CARBON AUDIT LITE

  • For farmers who had a BEDNAR demonstration in 2021/2022 or will have a demonstration by the 30th June 2022.
  •  A two hour on farm session (can be remote) with an agricultural consultant to gather data and input the data into a carbon calculator. This will generate the results for the individual farms and then these will then be put in an easy-to-follow report which will highlight the areas where a farm can improve it’s carbon emissions and areas where the business can improve its business performance.
  • The results will show the emissions for each enterprise, giving a total emissions figure, a figure for every kilo of product sold and for every hectare farmed

FARM CARBON MANAGEMENT PLAN

  • For farmers who bought a BEDNAR machine in 2021/2022 or will have bought a machine by 30th June 2022.
  • An on farm visit to look at the last three years of carbon emissions reports. These can be either generated from the farms data for the last three years and put into a carbon calculator which can generate the carbon emissions reports or use carbon emission reports generated previously using other carbon calculators.
  • These will then be used to identify trends in carbon emissions and give detailed mitigation measures for the farming business to look at how it can substantially reduce its carbon emissions and improve on business performance/profitability.
