A REAR-MOUNTED TANK FOR FERTILIZER APPLICATION IN ONE PASS

FERTI-BOX FB is a mounted, dual hopper tank with a total capacity of 84 bu, connected to the tractor rear three-point hitch. It is suitable for combination with the TERRALAND TO chisel plough, TERRALAND DO combination disc ripper, or the FENIX FO field cultivator, to provide fertilizer placement into the soil profile during tillage, in one pass.

The FERTI-BOX FB tank is suitable for fertilizer application in combination with implements for shallow and deep tillage (FENIX FO field cultivator, TERRALAND TO chisel ploughs, or TERRALAND DO disc ripper).

Saves the filling time.

The FERTI-BOX FB mounted tank provides a total capacity of 84 bu. The tank is designed as dual hopper for application of two types of fertilizer in one pass. The individual hoppers are divided in the ratio of 60:40.

PRESSURISED TANK

Increases precision and provides applications of high amounts.

The pressurised design increases the quality of fertilizer dosing precision, even in the case of higher application amounts, or lower-quality fertilizer.

EASY CONTROL

Using BEDNAR ISOBUS systems or terminals.

Setting the batches and tank control is very easy. The FERTI-BOX FB mounted tank can be controlled using ISOBUS on the tractor display, or using BEDNAR terminals, starting with the ME TOUCH SMART 570 terminal to ME TOUCH 800 with a touch display and a diagonal measurement of 8″.

Our line includes various types of seeding rollers for the application of different fertilizer and seed sizes. We offer seeding rollers from 1.8 cubic in to 48.2 cubic in.

EASY CONNECTION

Equipment for tillage and seeding.

The mounted FERTI-BOX FB is connected into the rear three-point hitch of the tractor. The tank has its own frame, to which a trailed implement is attached. The rear hitch can be equipped with a connecting plate or a pin with a diameter of 2″ or 2.75″.

EXCELLENT VISIBILITY

Thanks to the sophisticated tank shape.

The tank is compact despite its large capacity. The sophisticated shape of the tank, or the inclination of its top part, does not prevent the operator from monitoring the work of the trailed implement hitched behind the tank.

CONVENIENT CALIBRATION

With the FARM LINK mobile app.

The BEDNAR developers have designed a mobile phone app that makes it simple to calibrate a mounted hopper right from your phone. The mobile app also includes a guide to help you choose the right seeding roller based on seed/fertiliser type, working speed and seed rate.

OUR INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES

PRESSURIZED TANK

The pressure pushes fertilizer through the metering unit. Thanks to this design, FERTI-BOX can apply even lower quality fertilizers or higher amounts of fertilizers in a better and more precise way.

REMOTE FARM LINK CALIBRATION

The BEDNAR FARM LINK mobile app allows operators to calibrate the metering unit and enter calibration values directly from the machine without having to enter the tractor cab and use the terminal.

AGRONOMICAL GUIDE

SOIL PROFILE FERTILIZATION
The application of fertilizer into the soil environment known as profile fertilization should be carried out together with depth loosening using FENIX field cultivators, combined ACTROS disc shank cultivators or TERRALAND chisel ploughs. Such precisely placed fertilizer motivates the root system to grow faster and bigger which helps solve current issues with soil moisture. This fertilizer placement system is most often used for establishing deep-rooting crops such as corn, sugar beet or canola.
