INTRODUCING THE SECTION

Subsoilers have become a revolutionary machine in deep soil cultivation and they have completely replaced standard soil cultivation with a plough in many cases. We have specialised in the production of subsoilers for a long time and our product range offers both mounted and trailed models, with a working width from 3 to 6,4 metres.

WHAT TO USE A SUBSOILER FOR

The subsoiler is designed for deep soil cultivation and loosening, up to a depth of 65 centimetres. By using a subsoiler to loosen soil, you will achieve an ideally loosened soil structure with enough pores to allow for the movement of air, water and nutrients.

Soil cultivation using a subsoiler can be used as a replacement of standard tillage with lower power demands, lower fuel consumption, and higher output. Deep cultivation with subsoiler should be supplemented with profile fertilization.

MAIN ADVANTAGES OF TERRALAND SUBSOILER

The mounted subsoiler allow processing soil up to the maximum working depth of 65 centimetres. It is thanks to the high frame usability, arrangement of the individual legs, their protection, and above all, the highly robust design of the main load-carrying frame, made of high-strength Alform steel.

The legs of the subsoiler can be easily adjusted to the performed operation. There are Active-Mix legs for deep loosening with active soil mixing, or Zero-Mix legs with a negative angle for soil aeration without active mixing.

TERRALAND TN MOUNTED SUBSOILER

The mounted subsoilerS are designed for deep loosening with a requirement for lower towing power of the tractor.The TERRALAND TN mounted subsoilers are available with a working width of 3 and 4 metres, with five, seven or nine legs per frame.

They are made in the M version that allows soil cultivation up to a depth of 55 centimetres, or D version for the maximum depth of up to 65 centimetres. The individual versions are available with hydraulic protection, or shear bolt protection.

TERRALAND TN_PROFI SUBSOILERS WITH SOIL CULTIVATION

The TERRALAND TN_PROFI subsoilers have a different combination of working parts than the standard TN version. Moreover, the machine is equipped with two rows of cutter discs that crumble clods and prepare soil for seeding, all in one pass.

TERRALAND TN_PROFI subsoilers are available with a working width of 3 and 4 metres, with five, seven or nine legs per frame.

TERRALAND TO WIDE SUBSOILERS

The TERRALAND TO mounted subsoilers are the widest subsoilers available on the market. We manufacture them with a working width from 4 to 6,4 metres, and they are designed for connection with tractors of up to 620 horsepower.

The wide TERRALAND TO subsoiler can be provide the equipment for connection with mounted packers. This version allows creation of an ideal soil structure suitable for seeding in one pass.
