Subsoilers represent revolutionary technology for deep soil cultivation and in many cases have completely replaced traditional style ploughing. Thanks to their design, they enable intensive loosening of the soil profile, breaking up compacted layers and effective incorporation of plant residues in a single operation.

What to use a subsoiler for

The subsoiler is designed for deep cultivation and loosening of soil to a depth of 65 cm. This method of cultivation achieves an ideally loose soil structure with sufficient pores to ensure optimal movement of water, air and nutrients in the soil profile.

In many cases, soil cultivation with a subsoiler can fully replace conventional ploughing, with less traction requirements, lower fuel consumption and higher performance of the machine. For maximum deep loosening effect, it is advisable to supplement this operation with profile fertilisation, which promotes root system development and increases the nutrient efficiency.

A mounted subsoiler which provides deep soil cultivation up to 65 cm, thanks to the design of the frame, the optimal mounting of the legs, their reliable protection and, above all, the robust construction of the main chassis frame made of high-strength ALFORM steel.

The legs of subsoilers can be easily adapted for specific work operations. ACTIVE-MIX legs are designed for intensive deep loosening with active soil mixing, while ZERO-MIX legs with a negative angle are ideal for aerating the soil without significant mixing. This variability allows you to select the precise working settings according to the land and the desired agronomic result.

TERRALAND TN mounted subsoiler

Mounted subsoilers are designed for deep loosening with reduced tractor traction requirements. The TERRALAND TN model series is available in working widths of 2.5 to 4 metres and offers configurations with 5, 7 or 9 legs, allowing the intensity of cultivation to be precisely adapted to the current soil conditions and the power of the tractor.

The machines are produced in three variants: S with a maximum working depth of 45 cm, M with a maximum depth of 55 cm and D, which allows soil cultivation up to 65 cm. For the M and D versions, you can choose between hydraulic leg protection or shear bolt protection, which allows you to decide the protection of the working parts according to the type of the soil.

TERRALAND TN_PROFI subsoiler with soil cultivation

TERRALAND TN_PROFI subsoilers differ from the standard TN version in their extended combination of working parts. The machine is equipped with two rows of cutter discs, which ensure clod crumbling, intensive surface treatment and soil preparation for subsequent drilling in a single pass. This combination significantly increases the processing quality and efficiency of the entire operation.

The TERRALAND TN_PROFI model series is available with working widths of 3 and 4 metres and offers configurations with 7 or 9 legs on the frame, allowing the intensity of cultivation to be adapted to specific soil conditions.

TERRALAND TO wide subsoiler

TERRALAND TO trailed subsoilers are the wides subsoilers available on the market. We produce them with a working width of 4 to 6.4 metres, and they are designed for working in conjuction with tractors with a power output of up to 830 horsepower, which guarantees exceptional performance even in the most demanding conditions.

TERRALAND TO wide subsoilers can be equipped with a hitch for working with trailed rollers, making it possible to create the ideal soil structure for subsequent drilling in a single pass.
