BEDNAR FMT Received the Czech Best Managed Companies Award

The Czech Best Managed Companies award was introduced in the Czech Republic in 2019. The programme that aims at developing business, sharing experience and promoting international cooperation was founded in Canada in 1993. Today, the award is given in Germany, Belgium, Sweden, Australia and many other countries. The programme builds on Deloitte’s proven global methodology that evaluates the quality of company management in the following areas: a strategic orientation, productivity and innovation, corporate culture, management structure and financial performance. In the Czech Republic, Deloitte provides services in the area of audit, taxes, legal consultancy, financial consultancy, corporate consultancy and risk management.

It is an honour for us to be in such a good company of the other awarded and successful companies. It is important that this award does not only consider the financial performance, but a whole range of other areas. Today, for example, corporate culture, strategy or innovativeness are very important in recruiting new employees and we are obviously following the right path.
