Robert Winter Is a New Country Manager For BEDNAR In The Germany & Canada & SouthAfrica

BEDNAR FMT is pleased to introduce Robert Winter who will represent the BEDNAR brand as a country manager for BEDNAR in the Germany & Canada & South Africa. Robert brings a wealth of experience and knowledge about the machinery business to the BEDNAR company.

How did you get into farming - agricultural business sector?

„I grew up on our family farm in eastern Germany, which has been in our family since 1873.“

What is your experience with the business in agriculture?

„After completing my studies in agricultural foreign trade, I began my career in agricultural machinery, selling Fendt tractors from 2007 to 2010. From 2010 to 2016, I managed sales for Väderstad across parts of Germany. In 2016, I joined HORSCH Maschinen GmbH, where I worked as a Sales Manager until 2025.“

What are your goals in your new role in BEDNAR?

„In my new role at BEDNAR, my focus will be on establishing a strong dealer network and building a team that works closely with farmers. Our goal is to respond quickly to the rapidly changing conditions in agriculture and the environment, while developing strategies together with our customers that ultimately have a positive and lasting impact on their fields”

How would you describe agriculture in the germany - specifics, new challenges etc.?

„The German agricultural market is highly diverse, with farmers who are highly specialized, knowledgeable, and strongly focused on finding practical solutions for their individual needs.

I see significant potential for BEDNAR through its approach as a manufacturer and its willingness to work closely with farmers. I believe we can build strong partnerships with farmers and work hand in hand to address the challenges of the future.“
