What tine cultivators are used for

Tine cultivators can be used in a wide range of agrotechnical operations. They allow for shallow, medium-depth and deep tillage depending on current needs or crop rotation. It is suitable for weed and cover crop removal, post-harvest stubble cultivation, plant residue incorporation and seedbed preparation. Thanks to the variability of its working parts and robust construction, it offers a high degree of adaptability to different soil conditions.

Main advantages of BEDNAR tine cultivators

The frame design and spacing of the working parts are constructed to ensure a smooth flow of large amounts of post-harvest residues. Thanks to this, BEDNAR tine cultivators do an excellent job even in demanding conditions.

A variable range of shares, points and wings allows the machine to be optimised for a specific purpose – from mechanical elimination of weeds and catch crops to intensive loosening at greater depths. BEDNAR tine cultivators can also be equipped with a fertiliser application kit or a BEDNAR ALFA DRILL seeder for establishing cover crops in a single pass.

VERSATILL VN_L and VO_L tine cultivators

The lightweight versatile cultivators of the VERSATILL VN_L (mounted) and VERSATILL VO_L (semi-mounted) series are designed for year-round use in a wide range of agrotechnical operations. Their characteristic feature is flexible tines, which can be fitted with various types of shares or points depending on the required intensity of tillage. Thanks to this variability, the machines are ideal for shallow stubble cultivation, mechanical weed control, soil aeration and seedbed preparation.

For final surface treatment, the tine cultivators can be equipped with rear packers or a three-row tine harrow, which help to create an optimal soil structure and consistent levelling of the land.

VERSATILL VO_PROFI tine cultivators

The VERSATILL VO_PROFI tine cultivators are a professional solution for intensive and year-round tillage. The machine is equipped with a robust frame and tines with horizontal spring protection, which ensure reliable protection of the working parts and smooth operation even in more demanding conditions.

Thanks to its excellent permeability of plant residues and stable operation in the soil, the VERSATILL VO_PROFI can handle shallow stubble cultivation, mechanical weed control, soil aeration and seedbed preparation. The final tillage process is efficiently completed by rear packers.

FENIX FN and FO GEN II tine cultivators

The three-row tine cultivators FENIX FN (mounted) and FENIX FO GEN II (semi-mounted) are designed for intensive, deep tillage up to a depth of 35 cm, even in difficult soil conditions. The robust frame construction in combination with heavy-duty tines enables effective loosening, breaking up of compacted soil layers and high-quality incorporation of large amounts of plant residues.

The FENIX FN and FO GEN II models can be equipped with various types of rear packers for optimal consolidation, or equipped with a fertiliser kit or ALFA DRILL seeder.

FENIX FO_PROFI tine cultivators

The FENIX FO_PROFI tine cultivator is designed for maximum performance in intensive tillage to a depth of 35 cm. Machines in this product range have a four-row tine arrangement, with the last row located behind the transport axle. This design solution allows the tine cultivator to be used without rear packers.

A significant advantage of the FENIX FO_PROFI model is the possibility of adjusting the working width – widening or narrowing it according to current soil conditions or the required working depth. The tine cultivator can be equipped with a fertiliser kit or an ALFA DRILL seeder.
