New BEDNAR Machines and Product Innovations for 2023

As 2023 approaches, BEDNAR is presenting several new products and innovations of machines we already manufacture. Let’s meet them: These are the BEDNAR novelties and innovations for the upcoming year.

NEW GENERATION OF THE FENIX FO_PROFI FOUR-ROW CULTIVATOR

 

  • Four models with a working span from 4 to 7.9 metres, hydraulic setting included in the basic machine equipment.
  • The arrangement of the individual tines into a V-shape contributes to a minimal tractive resistance of the machine.
  • New alternatives for working parts protection (shear bolt protection / horizontal spring protection with a release force of 480 kg / hydraulic protection with a release force of 550 kg).

ROW-MASTER RN_PROFI WITH INCREASED FRAME CLEARANCE AND SECTIONAL CONTROL

 

  • Three models with a working span from 4.8 to 9.6 metres.
  • A new frame with a higher clearance: 90 cm for cultivation of crop in the late growth stage.
  • BEDNAR ROW-UNIT CONTROL system for maximum precision, with a cultivation unit lift height of 45 centimetres.

A NEW TERRALAND TN 4000HD9 CHISEL PLOUGH MODEL IN THE FOLDING CONFIGURATION

 

  • A chisel plough with a working span of 4 metres and transport width of 3 metres thanks to the folding frame.
  • Two types of shares: the ACTIVE-MIX shares can be fitted with 70 or 40mm chisels in the standard or LONG-LIFE configuration, and the ZERO-MIX shares can be fitted with 60mm chisels.
  • Extended rear packer options: spiked double-roller, V-RING packer or heavy steel Cutpack.

SEED BOX SB 1600 TO EXPAND THE BEDNAR PRESSURIZED HOPPER PORTFOLIO

 

  • The new model of the front hopper with a capacity of 1,600 litres, with an innovative design for excellent visibility both in the field and on the road.
  • Optional application arms with electronic deactivation of half the machine span (application of fertilizer or catch crop onto the soil surface).
  • A wide range of seeding rollers, easy control using the new BEDNAR software.

NEW SOFTWARE AND MODERNIZATION OF OMEGA SEED DRILLS

 

  • A new design of the user interface with a number of well-arranged and easily recognizable icons.
  • Integration of the ALFA DRILL seeding unit into the seed drill control software. Controlling the ALFA DRILL seeding unit has been integrated into one operating terminal.
  • An updated version of the hopper screens with steps inside the hopper, external sensor for hopper pressure check, or new scale location.
