BEDNAR INTRODUCES NEW PRODUCTS AND MACHINE MODELS FOR 2024

With the year coming to an end and the upcoming AGRITECHNICA exhibition, BEDNAR is introducing new models of machines to the market, expanding the range of working widths, and presenting innovations for existing products. Let’s meet them.

NEW MATADOR MO SEED DRILL FOR STRIP-TILL SEEDING TECHNOLOGY

  • A double-row chisel section with hydraulic protection (release force 870 kg, max lift height 30 cm) included in the basic equipment.
  • The rubber-tyred packer in two rows offers easy tyre replacement in case of a puncture and does not create waves before the packer in wet conditions.
  • High variability of crop organisation: all-area seeding, double-row seeding (narrow or wide), wide single-row seeding, aggregation with precision seed drills.

DIRECTO NO RESPONDS TO THE DIRECT SEEDING TECHNOLOGY

  • Hydraulic down pressure of drill coulters with guaranteed down pressure of 250 kg per drill coulter.
  • Verified design of a double-chamber, pressurized hopper for precise seed/fertilizer batching.
  • Optional extra fertilization discs that place the fertilizer ‘under the heel’ (deeper than the seed and a bit to the side).

COMPACT AIR-SEEDER EFECTA CM FOR LARGE AG

  • The large-capacity, double-chamber, pressurized tank with a total capacity 12,000 l is divided in the 50:50 ratio.

  • The wide seed drill with a width of 12 metres and a soil cultivation section can be equipped with PROFI or TURBO coulters.

  • Automatically adjustable levelling section (levelling discs or rods) in relation to the working depth.

  • The rear three-row harrow or double-row packer make it possible to adjust the machine to the required operation.

  • A model series of trailed Cambridge packers with a working span of 6.3 and 8.3 m.

BEDNAR FARM LINK – REMOTE SEED DRILL CALIBRATION

  • An easy and simple calibration of the seed drill from a mobile phone.
  • The seed drill is connected with the mobile phone via a Wi-Fi module.
  • The application also includes a guide for the proper selection of a seeding roller based on the seeding amount or the required working speed.
