There is the versatile ROW-MASTER RN machine, the specialised ROW-MASTER RN_S model designed for sugar beet growers, and the latest ROW-MASTER RN_PROFI row-crop cultivator, equipped with the advanced ROW-UNIT CONTROL function for maximum accuracy.

The importance of weeding row crops is constantly growing, especially in connection with restrictions on the use of chemical plant protection products. Mechanical weeding is thus gaining importance as an effective, economical and environmentally friendly alternative in modern soil cultivation.

What to use a row-crop cultivator for

The row-crop cultivator improves vegetation conditions in row crops. Row-crop cultivation is an effective method of mechanical weed control, which breaks up the soil crust and creates an insulation layer that prevents excessive moisture evaporation during dry periods. This allows more air to reach the plant roots and keeps the soil better aerated.

At the same time, targeted application of liquid or mineral fertilisers is also possible during weeding, which promotes rapid plant growth and vitality. This combination of mechanical treatment and nutrition increases the overall effect of the operation and contributes to healthier and more productive crops.

Versatile row-crop cultivator ROW-MASTER RN

ROW-MASTER RN is a versatile range of row-crop cultivators suitable for hoeing maize, sunflower, soybean, sugar beet and other row crops. Thanks to its versatility, it offers a wide range of applications throughout the growing season.

The working width of the machine ranges from 4.8 to 9.6 metres, and the row spacing of the cultivation units can be easily adjusted from 45 to 80 cm, allowing the machine to be optimally adapted to the specific type of crop and cultivation technology.

ROW-MASTER RN_S sugar beet specialist

For row-crop cultivation of sugar beet, we offer the specialised ROW-MASTER RN_S model with an adjustable row spacing of 45–50 cm and a working width of 6 to 12.4 metres. Depending on the model, the machine allows for the cultivation of 12 to 24 rows, covering the needs of both small and large growers.

Especially when hoeing in the early stages of beet development, when the plants are small and sensitive, we recommend equipping the row-crop cultivator with CultiCam optical guidance, which significantly increases the accuracy of machine guidance and minimises the risk of crop damage.

ROW-MASTER RN_PROFI row crop cultivator with Section Control

The ROW-MASTER RN_PROFI row-crop cultivator can be equipped with the advanced ROW-UNIT CONTROL function, which allows independent control of each cultivation unit. This enables the machine to achieve maximum precision when weeding, even in crops with uneven development or irregular plant spacing.

The frame clearance has been increased to 80 cm, which allows the machine to be used safely even in the later growth stages of row crops. The RN_PROFI model is available with a working width of 4.8 to 9.6 metres.
