SONIQ ON – MOUNTED SEEDING COMBINATION FOR PLANTING, VERSATILITY, AND EFFICIENCY

BEDNAR presents SONIQ ON, a mounted seeding combination designed to meet the demands of modern farmers for precision, versatility, and high performance. This compact model enables uniform crop establishment in both conventional agriculture practices and minimal tillage systems. At the same time, it ensures optimal seedbed preparation.

Soil preparation and seeding in a single pass

SONIQ ON combines several operations in a single pass: soil preparation and precise seed placement. The machine consists of a Power harrow with a large number of rotors per meter of working width. The Power harrow has 12 rotors, which ensures effective and consistent tillage even on heavy soils. Each rotor has 3 bearings, which guarantees maximum stability and durability. Protection against stones is provided by a cover for each rotor attached to the gearbox frame.

Pressurised tank for precise dosing

SONIQ ON is equipped with a single-chamber pressurised tank with a capacity of up to 1,600 litres (basic version 1,000 l). The pressure tank design allows for precise dosing of seed even at high sowing rates. Optionally, it is possible to switch off half of the working width, which reduces overlap at the edge of the field and optimises seed distribution. Calibration can be performed remotely using the FARM LINK mobile app, which provides ease of control. The calibration itself is performed at the rear of the machine in an easily accessible location, which also allows the hopper to be completely emptied.

The seed unit uses a proven parallel linkage design, which ensures consistently even seed placement in the soil and constant pressure on each seeding coulter. The double disc coulter guarantees clean opening of the seed furrow. The pressure and depth of seed placement can be adjusted mechanically or hydraulically, approximately 60 kg/coulter. There are two options for row spacing: 12.5 cm or 15 cm, depending on the operator’s requirements.

Intelligent control and ISOBUS compatibility

SONIQ ON is fully compatible with ISOBUS systems and is controlled via BEDNAR EASY CONTROL software. This intuitive system allows simple and effective management of all machine functions via a clear interface with integrated help.

Versatility and flexibility for perfect adaptation to any terrain

SONIQ ON allows the Power harrows to be used independently as well as offering a wide range of applications in a variety of conditions. A wide range of optional attachments are available: track eradicators, side markers, half-working width shut-off, LONG LIFE or QUICK-CHANGE blades, and much more.
