MAIN ADVANTAGES OF BEDNAR AIR DRILLS

The air drills use pressurised tanks. This solution increases the accuracy of dispensing. Drill openers are mounted on a parallelogram, which provides perfect terrain contouring and even seed placement at a constant depth level. The wide choice of front equipment makes it possible to adjust the seeding tool for crop establishment in the required technology or conditions.

The innovative structural design of double edge openers solves the issue of air drills slipping on a slope. There are two available air drill row distance options – 5″” or 6.5″”. The X-shaped disc gang prevents drifting of the implement, as well as other problems.”

COMPACT OMEGA OO_L AIR DRILLS

The OMEGA OO_L air drills are versatile seeding tools suitable for crops establishment in both conventional and minimimum tillage technologies, but they can also be useful in no-till seeding into mulch, or over-seeding.

OMEGA OO_L is a versatile air drill that offers a disc gang for shallow tillage, an optional third rank of coulters, and an excellent seed placement. OMEGA OO_L air drills are available with a working width from 9′ 10″ to 29′ 6″ .

OMEGA OO_FL AIR DRILLS WITH FERTILIZER PLACEMENT

The OMEGA OO_FL product line introduces air drills with a two tanks. It enables seeding crop together with ferilizer placement, or seeding several crops at the same time, such as the main and intermediate crop, all in one pass.

The OMEGA OO_FL air drills thus offer a highly versatile application and allow to flexibly respond to the latest agronomic trends. The OMEGA OO_FL range offers working width from 13′ 1″ to 29′ 6″.

EFECTA CE LARGE AIR DRILL

EFECTA CE is a large, highly efficient air seeder with a working width of 39′ 4″, designed for high daily outputs. EFECTA CE is primarily designed for crop establishment in tilled soil.

It is the only large seeding tool on the market that can be equipped with four types of front equipment. EFECTA CE uses two pressurized tanks, with a total capacity of 170 bu, which can be used for fertilizer placement while seeding, or for seeding several types of seeds, in one pass.

CORSA CN SEED BAR

The compact CORSA CN seed bar offers working width from 19′ 8″ to 29′ 6″ . The light concept of the seed bar makes it suitable for connection with low power tractors. The seed bar can be hitched on the three-point hitch of the tractor, to work in combination with a front mounted tank, or it can be used in connection with air-carts.

The CORSA CN seed bar does not use any equipment for tillage. Therefore, it is suitable for crop establishment in tilled soil, or it can be used for seeding in extreme conditions (wet soil, waterlogged fields).

DIRECTO NO Air Drill for No-Till seeding

DIRECTO NO is an no-till air drill designed for direct drill. Its high robustness and the specially designed drill opener guarantee a high down pressure of up to 661 lbs per opener. DIRECTO NO has two pressurised tanks with a total capacity of 140 bu. The machine can be equipped with the ALFA DRILL cover crop seeder, with a capacity of up to 11 bu, on request.

MATADOR MO Air Drill for Strip-till Seeding

The MATADOR MO models series includes air drills designed for strip-till technology with simultaneous fertilizer placement and seeding. The shank section is equipped with robust individual hydraulic reset protection. The off-set tire packer layout is a great advantage of the MATADOR MO air drill, guaranteeing excellent throughputs. MATADOR MO can be equipped with the CORSA CN and GIRONA GN seed bars or with a planter.

KATARA KN_S seed drill combination

KATARA KN_S is a seed drill combination designed for high-quality seedbed preparation and sowing in a single pass. The large number of rotors per working width metre combined with a high circumferential speed makes it ideal for heavy and hard-to-work soils. KATARA KN_S can be fitted with seed coulters with inter-row distance of 12.5 or 16.7 cm.
