TILLCUT TE in rocky soils: how…
Rocky soils are among the most demanding conditions for stubble tillage. At ZD Dolní Újezd, TILLCUT TE covered around 300 hectares and showed how the HARDOX blades hold up under this level of stress....
In May 2020, the Company acquired two TERRALAND TN 3000 PROFI chisel ploughs
The chisel ploughs are used in aggregation with John Deere tractors, with the output of 400 HP
The Company grows standard market crops such as wheat, barley, oilseed rape and corn, which is grown for the purpose of processing in a biogas station with an output of 2000 kW. The Company is definitely not a newbie when it comes to BEDNAR technology. Rolnická a.s. owns a TERRALAND TO 6000 chisel plough, and a SWIFTER SE 12 000 seedbed cultivator. And last year, they purchased two new TERRALAND TN 3000H PROFI 7DR chisel ploughs.

The Company decided to purchase the chisel ploughs based on their experience with the wide TERRALAND TO 6000 chisel plough they used in aggregation with a track-laying tractor. Due to a change in the organization of mechanization, the track-laying tractor was replaced with two new wheeled tractors with an output of 400 HP. Therefore, corresponding equipment to be used with the tractors was acquired. The decision to purchase the TERRALAND chisel ploughs with a width of 3 meters was also based on the good experience with the machines in neighbouring businesses.
TERRALAND TN_3000 PROFI can cultivate a soil profile up to a depth of 65 centimetres
The Company appreciates the double Cutterpacks that provide better clod crumbling
We saw both chisel ploughs together with the John Deere 8R tractors working in an oilseed rape field during our visit to the village of Žeraviny. Digestate was applied in the field and stubble cultivation with subsequent depth loosening was done.
The depth was set at 30 centimetres and the working speed of the tractors reached an average speed of 12 km/h. Such speed provides for a very good incorporation of crop residue, mixing and clod crumbling by the rollers. In aggregation with 400 HP tractors, the consumption ranges from 16 to 18 l/ha, with an hourly output of up to 3.5 hectares.

Two sets and satellite navigation work = a high daily output of up to 40 hectares
We asked the experienced operators, Mr. Jakub Strachota and Sváťa Vachun, about their first impressions of working with a TERRALAND TN_PROFI. “The work with the Terraland machines is pretty quick, we manage to prepare almost 40 hectares of land with the two chisel ploughs according to the conditions. This year, we have prepared a total of 460 hectares for oilseed rape. TERRALAND TN_PROFI is a simple machine to operate, the hydraulic NON-STOP protection is an advantage. The two additional rows of Cutter discs crumble the soil well, as you can see in this field where the soil is heavy,” the operators agree.
