The ROW-MASTER RN_PROFI row-crop cultivator represents a new generation of the popular BEDNAR row-crop cultivators. It now offers the function of ROW-UNIT CONTROL that provides independent control of each row unit. Thanks to the high frame clearance increased to 90 centimetres, the variability of the equipment of row units and the professional CultiCam/Tillett & Hague guidance system, the ROW-MASTER RN_PROFI brings new equipment options.

A professional row-crop cultivator for the elimination of the soil crust, disruption of the growth of weeds and establishment of an insulation layer in the inter-rows of row crops.

UNRIVALED FRAME CLEARANCE

For weeding crops at the high growth stage.

When compared with standard ROW-MASTER RN models with a frame clearance of 80 cm, the new generation of ROW-MASTER RN_PROFI offers a frame clearance at 90 cm. It allows the machine to weed row crops, such as sunflower or maize, even at the high growth stage without any problems.

INDEPENDENT LIFTING OF THE ROW UNITS

BEDNAR row-unit control.

The ROW-MASTER RN_PROFI cultivator is equipped with section control for each row unit. Based on the data from the navigation system, the individual row units are gradually lifted and lowered.

DRILL COULTERS AS OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT

Easy catch crop establishment

The ROW-MASTER RN_PROFI row-crop cultivator can be equipped with drill coulters on request for catch crop seeding between the rows. The catch crop provides the best protection against erosion. Moreover, it increases the stability of the harvesting equipment in case of increased humidity.

DIFFERENT TYPES OF ROW UNITS

To adjust to the growth stage and crop.

The new ROW-MASTER RN_PROFI model offers even more options for row units. You can choose from shares with a width of 150/125 mm, points with a width of 40 mm or special angle knifes that offer excellent aeration right next to the rows of crop without damaging it. The special rubber finger equipment allows weeding in the crop rows.

CULTICAM/TILLETT & HAGUE - AUTOMATED GUIDANCE SYSTEM

Minimisation of the risk of plant damage, higher output and precise loosening, even at the early growth stage.

CultiCam/Tillett & Hague reads the individual rows and assesses the vegetation, then transmits the information to the electronic system, which communicates with the hydraulic control of the cultivator. The control guides the cultivator so that the row units work in the inter-rows, right next to the crop.

EACH ROW UNIT MOUNTED VIA PARALLEL LINKAGE

For maintaining the set working depth.

Each row unit is mounted to the frame via parallelogram. The parallelogram contours the terrain and maintains the set working depth of the row units in a precise way. The parallel linkage completely eliminates movements caused by unevenness.

SUPPORT WHEELS

For guidance and maintaining the set working depth.

The ROW-MASTER RN_PROFI cultivator has steel support wheels. Each row unit has its own support wheel that helps maintain the set working depth and contour the terrain.

EASY SETTINGS

No need for any special tools.

The row distance is set by simply moving the individual row units on the frame. The individual components (points, levellers, shares, support wheels, protective shields) can be easily set using axle pins and levers without the need for any special tools.

FERTILISER PLACEMENT

Provide the plants with essential nutrients and manage two operations in one pass.

To place mineral fertiliser, the row-crop cultivator can be connected with an ALFA DRILL seeder, mounted on the support frame of the machine. High outputs can be achieved in combination with the front FERTI-BOX FB_F hopper that enables application of two types of fertiliser, or with the FERTI-CART FC 3500 trailed hopper.

AGRONOMICAL GUIDE

ROW CROP CULTIVATION
Weeding improves the physical properties of soil nutrient intake by plants, and the condition of vegetation. Row crop cultivation has a weeding effect, which reduces the consumption of herbicides. Row crop cultivation also has a soil-protecting effect. The loosened soil layer in the row prevents fast drainage of surface water, and reduces the risk of water and air erosion. Liquid or solid fertilisers can be applied whilst weeding, thus improving the overall condition of the crop.
