With the change of ownership comes the change of name

At the beginning of this year our company changed ownership structure, when Dr. Ing. Ladislav Bednář, one of the original owners of our company, bought the shares of other business partners and thus became our sole owner.

At the beginning of this year our company changed ownership structure, when Dr. Ing. Ladislav Bednář, one of the original owners of our company, bought the shares of other business partners and thus became our sole owner.
Generational change and new name

    This change was mainly related to the approaching generational replacement in the management of the company. “With my business partners we´ve agreed on the terms of redemption of their shares. So I´ve became the sole owner of the company. Now we will change the name to begin the next era of our successful development. I believe that it will be as successful as the current one, “ said the new owner Dr. Ing. Ladislav Bednar.

Re-branding will be gradual

   In connection with this change we are preparing a complete re-branding of our company, which primarily involves the change of its name and logo. In few weeks we will present you our new name together with the new logo. The change will be realized continuously, so the following year we will use the combination of our old and new logo. We will start to use the new logo itself just at the end of next year. We would like to enter the year 2014 completely with the new logo and the new name. The change will affect also the whole image of our company, which will be innovation of our current image, so you could keep enjoying the yellow machines on the fields.
