The MATADOR MO is a highly versatile machine that can be used in different cropping systems for cereals, oilseed rape, soya and more. The working elements can be set for double rows at 12.5 cm with 25 cm spacing. This allows the main crop to be drilled in twin rows with an option for fertilisation, while a companion crop is established in the inter-row. The layout can also be configured for wider twin rows at 25 cm with 50 cm spacing, which suits oilseed rape or soya. The ALFA DRILL seeder further extends the options to include sowing of companion crops, application of microgranulates or bio-agents, increasing the variability and efficiency of the technology. In a single pass the main crop and the companion crop can be established, along with simultaneous placement fertilisation under the seed. The machine also allows standard full-surface seeding into tilled or untilled soil with row spacings of 12.5 cm, 16.7 cm (17.3), 25 cm and 37.5 cm, with fertilisation or microgranulate application.
