Exclusive Distribution Alliance

Bednar UK is proud to reveal that, effective from the 1^st August 2020, Bednar FMT and Case IH have formed an exclusive UK and ROI distribution alliance. This gives the Case IH dealer network sole rights to distribute our full portfolio within the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.

“Despite being a well-known and well-respected brand in Europe, Bednar is still a new name on the lips of many farmers here in Great Britain” said Warren Rivers-Scott, Managing Director for Bednar in the UK. “But now, with the cooperation of Paul Harrison and his Case IH team, Bednar machines will quickly become a favourite in many fields of the British and Irish countryside. This is a fantastic opportunity for Bednar, Case IH and their dealers. But most of all, it offers a range of products to help the grower at the forefront of British agriculture become more efficient and start on a road to higher yields”. Bednar will remain a standalone company, solely responsible for the sales, demonstrations, and support of our brand. However, we will work closely with Case IH at dealer, regional and national levels, supporting the growth of both businesses through the Case IH network. On the signing of this agreement, the Business Director of Case IH IK & ROI, Paul Harrison, said “We have entered into this relationship with one aim, to secure a well-respected, forward thinking brand for our Case IH dealer network, enhancing the product offering they are able take to their customers”. Paul continued, “From a 2m slasher to an 18.4m disc cultivator, Bednar offers a full range of agronomic solutions for mixed and arable farmers alike”. Warren added that “this is an exciting opportunity to be able to work closely alongside such a well-known and respected tractor brand. All parties passionately believe that this is a ground-breaking relationship that will offer opportunities and franchise security to the Case IH and Bednar dealer network”.
