BEDNAR Organised Pre-Seasonal Training for Dealers from all over the World
It has become a tradition during the second half of the summer to welcome business partners at our Vinoř headquarters for comprehensive pre-seasonal meetings, from Tuesday to Thursday at the end of July, through August until the beginning of September. The aim of these meetings is to present the activities of our individual departments to our business partners and to set the frameworks and plans for co-operation in the upcoming season. What did the sales representatives and dealers learn? Who came the furthest distance?

How did the pre-seasonal meetings go?
Our representatives from the department of development, administration and finance, trade, marketing, service, spare parts and product management presented our plans and visions for the upcoming seasons to the dealers and sales representatives from the individual countries. Each BEDNAR FMT department presented their agenda, trained the present dealers, and established personal contacts, which are very important for our team work and for our joint customers – farmers.

Who participated in the pre-seasonal training?
This year, Bednar FMT has exported agricultural technology to 36 countries. The representatives of 26 countries accepted our invitation to pre-seasonal meetings. The only representatives missing were from the marginal markets, or they were overseas partners from areas such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada and South Africa.
The most important foreign partners of our Company are four importers of our technology to Russia, then the Bednar importer in Romania – IPSO, and our technology dealers in France, Germany and Poland. Naturally, our partner company, STROM Praha a.s., who successfully distributes our technology in the Czech Republic, also participated in the pre-seasonal meetings. Their people were the closest to us. LLC “APR Group” from Tatarstan in the Russian Federation had come the longest distance.
