SWIFTERDISC XN is a model series of mounted high speed disc available with a working width from 5′ 9″ to 13′ 1″. The compact design makes the implement suitable for connection with low power tractors. The new generation offers blades with a diameter up to 22″ and the basic configuration of the SWIFTERDISC XN speed disc includes hydraulic working depth setting.

The new generation of the SWIFTERDISC XN speed discs brings users even more options to select from. The basic configuration of the SWIFTERDISC XN includes blades with a diameter of 20.5″; 22″ blades are available on request. Choose from standard notched discs or specially shaped aggressive discs.
The high speed discs can now be equipped with ENDURANCE discs, supplied by the French manufacturer FORGES DE NIAUX. They provide a longer durability than the standard discs thanks to the high disc strength in the working area. ENDURANCE discs excel in withstanding extreme impacts and deformations.
SWIFTERDISC XN is only available with hydraulic working depth setting. The working depth is set by placing the required number of integrated spacers on the hydraulic cylinders.
The folding side discs are optional equipment. They guarantee the use of the entire working with of the tool and safe transport on roads. The folding side discs are mechanically folded upwards for transport.
SWIFTERDISC XN offers various rear packer options. From the cage roller with a diameter of 25″ to the double U-RING with a ring diameter of 19.5″. Choosing the right type of packer is important to ensure proper functioning of the backfill closure of soil and high-quality crushing of clods.
The SWIFTERDISC XN speed disc model series now includes a new model with a working width of 5′ 9″. This model can be equipped with blades with a diameter of 20″ or 22″ just like the other SWIFTERDISC XN series models. The rear packers are available with a diameter of 25″.
The SWIFTERDISC XN speed disc can be equipped with the ALFA DRILL air seeder unit straight from the factory for seeding of cover crops and small grains in a single pass with considerable time and fuel saving benefits. The seeder tank has a capacity of 11.3 bushels.

SWIFTERDISC XN offers hydraulic depth adjustment from the tractor cab in standard. The required working depth is set using integrated spacers on the hydraulic cylinder.
One arm for two blades allows for excellent trash flow. Crop residue such as huge amounts of straw or cornstalks can easily pass through the implement. Most high-speed discs have only one disc blade on each arm. Such design restricts the flow of the material namely in wet conditions or in heavy residue.
Two disc blades per arm design provides twice the space for rubber torsion protection. The rubber elements absorb shocks coming from the blades working the ground. The speed disc works fast and without maintenance even in the most difficult conditions. The elements are made from high quality rubber with a long service life.
Our oblique contact ball bearings are closed by two static and one dynamic cassette seal with four sealing ribs and run in a solid metal body. The hubs are attached to the blade with six bolts. They are oversized to ensure a trouble-free operation.

The specially shaped disc blades offer a higher cutting and mixing effect. They also penetrate soil better in the dry season. The aggressive blades have a lot of cutting edges along the circumference for easy incorporation of a large quantity of trash. The disc blades are available with a diameter of 20.5″ or 22″ .
The basic configuration of the implement includes standard notched blades with a diameter of 20″. Disc blades with a diameter of 22″ are also available, offering maximum working depth of 5.5″.
The Spring packer is a single rank, light, steel packer made of rings. A suitable packer for lighter soils. Packer diameter 21″.
U-RING is a steel packer suitable for all types of soil with quality crumbling and low stickiness. The individual rings are U-shaped. Packer diameter 19.5″. Weight: 882 lb/ft.
The steel ring packer is made of massive steel rings for perfect compaction, suitable for all types of soil. The individual rings perfectly crumble clods. Packer diameter 21″. Weight: 1461 lb/ft (including scrapers).
The Rubber furrow packer is a solid packer made of hard natural rubber, suitable for any conditions. The levelling effect is excellent thanks to the packer weight. Soil adhesion to the packer is almost none thanks to the rubber and scrapers. Packer diameter 23″. Weight: 1570 lb/ft (including scrapers).
This packer consists of a cage and slatted packer with different diameters. The packer is suitable for cultivating medium and light types of soil in drier conditions. Packer diameter 18.5″ and 15″. Weight: 955 lb/ft.
V-RING is a heavy steel packer suitable for intense crumbling and reverse soil compaction. The packer is suitable for all types of soil. Packer diameter 25″. Weight: 1222 lb/ft (including scrapers).
The U-RING packer is a dual rank steel packer. The ranks are offset, which provides an excellent self-cleaning effect. The packer is great for crumbling, and the U-shape rings and the low risk of clogging make it suitable for work in muddy conditions. The double packer increases implement stability at work. Packer diameter 20″.
The cage packer is made of massive steel rods with a good crumbling effect, particularly when reaching higher working speed. Packer diameter 25″. A suitable design for light soils. Weight: 875 lb/ft.

PRIMARY TILLAGE
Quality and fast primary tillage is one of the most important operations in tillage. According to good agrotechnical practices, it should be carried out as soon as possible after the harvest. This will ensure the optimisation of soil moisture management, the rapid emergence of weeds and thus prevent the later weeding of land.
