The SPEED CHOP SC_F is a highly efficient cutting roller for processing cover crops and trash. The dual rank design of the rollers and the optional additional weights offer optimum down pressure for efficient disposal. The cutting roller can be used alone (in a front or rear three-point hitch) or, for example, in combination with a DIRECTO NO no-till drill or a SWIFTERDISC XO_F speed disc, a combination that saves time and money.

Thanks to its working speed of up to 12.4 mph (20km/h) and low energy requirements, you save time and money. It is also ideal in combination with machines for minimum tillage or no-till drilling technology. The quality cutting of the plant material also facilitates the decomposition of organic matter.

DUAL RANK CUTTING ROLLER

Smart design for maximum efficiency.

SPEED CHOP SC_F is equipped with two rollers with a diameter of 18″. The small diameter of the cutting roller together with the high circumferential speed provides an excellent chopping effect. This design feature, combined with the large number of blades, enables high-quality cutting of organic matter.

CONNECTION TO THE FRONT OR REAR 3-POINT HITCH

Versatile cutting roller for various needs.

The SPEED CHOP SC_F can be used as a rear device for standard work or as an implement for connection to the front hitch in combination with a no-till drill such as the DIRECTO_NO. It is available in 9′ 10″, 13′ 1″, and 19′ 8″ versions and fits most air drills.

ADDITIONAL WEIGHT

For dense cover crops or difficult conditions.

To increase the cutting efficiency, the roller can be equipped with additional weights that increase the work intensity. An additional weight of 617 lbs is available for the SC 10′ F and SC 13′ F models, while the SC 20′ F can be equipped with a 1,543 lbs weight.

SAFE TRANSPORT

Foldable version for safe transport.

The 13′ 1″ and 19′ 8″ roller design folds safely into transport position for easy road transport. When connected using the tractor’s front three-point hitch, this configuration provides good machine visibility and facilitates transport.
