Double front support wheels
Provide excellent terrain contouring and maintain the set working depth along the entire width of the machine.

Intense soil cultivation with excellent mixing of crop residue is an important precondition for the correct soil structure. The FENIX FO GEN II tine cultivator has three rows of tines providing intense soil mixing up to a depth of 35 centimetres. The high frame clearance in combination with auto-reset protection of each tine also allows work to be carried out in demanding conditions.

A tine cultivator for deep soil cultivation of up to 35 centimetres, as well as shallow stubble cultivation after harvest.
The FENIX FO GEN II tine cultivator can carry out deep loosening up to the maximum depth of 35 cm. Deep loosening is recommended especially before seeding deep-root crops, or in the autumn, as it prepares the foundation for the formation of a strong root system, through which the plant will absorb water and nutrients. Deep loosening helps achieve an adequate soil structure with the correct size of the individual soil particles, and it appropriately starts the drainage and water supply to the soil.
The design and a wide range of points make the FENIX FO GEN II cultivator suitable for shallow stubble cultivation up to 15 centimetres. We recommend fitting the FENIX FO GEN II tine cultivator with points and with wings for excellent soil profile processing. Correctly worked stubble cultivation is important to eliminate the growth of weeds, incorporation of crop residue into soil, it reduces the evaporation of soil moisture, and helps start new seed growth.
The FENIX FO GEN II cultivator can be equipped with support wheels for perfect terrain contouring. They ensure that the field is evenly cultivated at the set working depth along the entire width of the machine.
The FENIX FO GEN II deep cultivator has working tines arranged in three rows, with a spacing of 31 centimetres between the individual tines. This arrangement brings an excellent loosening and mixing effect because the soil is undercut along the entire machine width with subsequent crop residue mixing.
The FENIX FO GEN II cultivator can be equipped with four types of points, which let you adjust the machine for deep loosening or shallow stubble cultivation after harvest. A correctly selected working point type is also important in terms of the character of the soil to be processed, or the season. There are points with a width of 80 and 60 mm, or LONG-LIFE points at 40 and 80 mm, fitted with carbide tips for higher durability.
Each tine is bolted (not welded) to the main frame of the FENIX FO GEN II by means of a solid bracket. The key advantage of this technique lies in the high durability of the brackets and the supporting frame. In case of any damage, each bracket can be easily replaced. Each tine firmly retains its geometry and works within defined limits without oscillations and lift.
This type of protection is suitable for very light soils with stones.
This type of protection is suitable for middle to heavy soils or soils with limited density of stones. The release force is 500 kg.
This type of protection is suitable for very heavy soils or soils with a lot of stones. The release force is 660 kg.
Allows for a wide selection of working attachments.
The FENIX FO GEN II tine cultivator is a suitable machine for deep tillage as well as shallow stubble cultivation after harvest. The FENIX FO GEN II cultivator can be equipped with a whole range of working parts in relation to the soil character or customer’s requirements. The three rows of tines are followed with a levelling section, which can be fitted either with levelling springs or discs.
For perfect soil levelling, the FENIX FO GEN II can be equipped with the Crushbar levelling bar mounted in front of the rear rollers. The rear rollers only consolidate the soil and do not level it. The result is perfectly level ground.
The FENIX FO GEN II tine cultivator can be equipped with the BEDNAR ALFA DRILL seeder during production, for seeding catch crop and small-seed plants during stubble cultivation, all in one pass. The time and fuel savings are considerable. The ALFA DRILL seeder has the same metering unit as the BEDNAR seed drills. Even seed/fertiliser distribution is ensured by the distribution head. The ALFA DRILL has a volume of 400 l.

A hydraulically adjustable drawbar contributes to perfect terrain contouring and levelling any unevenness.
Provide excellent terrain contouring and maintain the set working depth along the entire width of the machine.
Ensures excellent undercutting and mixing of crop residue with soil. There are four types of chisels available to suit variable conditions.
Distributes weight evenly and contributes to a higher machine stability. Tighter turning radius on headlands.
Helps level the soil surface and crumbles larger clods before the final surface consolidation. Two options: spring levellers or disc levellers.
The levelling board is used for levelling off any unevenness behind the tine section. The outcome is a perfectly levelled field.
Create the ideal fine soil structure and close the soil surface to prevent evaporation.
Distributes and finishes surface levelling after the packers.
