Fertiliser applicators are designed for the precise and targeted application of liquid fertilisers with an emphasis on maximising nutrient uptake by plants and minimising losses to the surrounding environment. The injection principle allows nutrients (and possibly bioagents) to be deposited directly into the soil profile, thereby increasing application efficiency, reducing losses and promoting the cost-effectiveness of nutrition technology.

What can you use fertiliser applicators for?

The main benefit of applicators is the loss-free direction of fertiliser substances into the soil and the creation of a fertiliser depot available for cultivated crops. The application is designed to reduce nutrient volatilisation and leaching while reducing fertiliser consumption. The key element is accurate dosing when the application point is in a vertical position relative to the soil surface, which promotes application stability even under more demanding conditions. The solution is suitable for systems with minimisation technologies.

From an agronomic point of view, the principle of deposition itself is also important: the application points deposit substances directly to the root system and create a deposit that can be quickly colonised by roots. At the same time, the availability of nutrients to weeds is reduced, and the risk of fertiliser and adjuvant leaching is reduced.

The NEVEON EE liquid fertiliser applicator uses injection technology for effective, targeted and loss-free application and is also ready for the application of bioagents directly into the soil profile. FERTI-TANK FT can be combined with other equipment; connection is achieved via a three-point hitch or tow eye.

NEVEON consists of two main parts: the FERTI-TANK FT hopper for liquid fertilisers and the application arms. The hopper has a capacity of 8,000 litres. The application wheels are secured with rubber segments (shock absorption, wear reduction). Each wheel carries 12 application points and applies in a vertical position; injection takes place to a depth of 7–10 cm. The wheel spacing can be adjusted (the wheels are removable).
