The efficient combination of the blade and shank gangs allows to combine two operations in one pass. The high implement underframe clearance, and the spacing of the individual blades and shanks are modified for incorporation of large quantities of organic matter in the form of cover crop, trash, or manure.
The TERRALAND DO disc ripper is especially designed for processing large quantities of crop residue, for example, after grain corn. It is equipped with two ranks of large notched blades with a diameter of 27″ x 0.24″ . The blades are individually mounted with outstanding cutting and incorporation of crop residue in soil up to a depth of 7″. Arms of blades have RESET system with a force of 595 lbs. The spacing of the individual blades in the row is 11.8″, ensuring trouble-free work with high throughput.
The TERRALAND DO disc ripper with Active-Mix shanks and spiked rollers is suitable for deep loosening. The special shape of the shanks provides easy soil penetration, and excellent loosening and mixing effect. In one pass, the soil profile is loosened in depth and the soil surface is intensely mixed and levelled.
The TERRALAND DO frame can be equipped with special Zero-Mix shanks, with a negative angle, and the heavy steel Cutpack packer for ripping without active mixing of soil. This operation is suitable for removing hardened soil layers, aerating the soil profile, and creating a proper soil environment.
Rear packers might get clogged when cultivating heavy soils in the late season or working in extreme conditions. The integrated axle and the placement of the shanks behind the axle makes it possible to use the TERRALAND DO combination disc ripper in muddy conditions as well. Moreover, the axle reduces the turning radius at headland and allows for an easy approach to the next take.
The TERRALAND DO disc ripper can be equipped with four types of points, which let you adjust the implement for deep tillage or shallow tillage after harvest. A properly selected working point type is also important in terms of the character of the soil to be processed, or the season. There are points with a width of 3.2″ and 2.4″ , or LONG-LIFE points at 1.6″ and 3.2″ , fitted with carbide tips for higher durability. The deeper you work, the narrower point should be used.
The implement working depth can be comfortably set from the tractor cabin using hydraulic cylinders that control the rear packers. The blade working depth can also be set using hydraulics. The depth of the blade and the shank gang is set independently.
The FERTI-BOX FB_F front mounted tank is primarily designed for supply fertilization directly in the soil profile and has a capacity of 54 – 62 bu. Fertilizer is pneumatically distributed from the front tank to the distribution tower mounted on the combined disc ripper.
The FERTI-CART FC is trailed cart which has a capacity of 100 bu. The orifice of the polyethylen tank has a large inclination that allows to apply lower-quality fertilizers.
The COMBO SYSTEM CS is cart with two tanks which have a total capacity of 140 bu. The cart design enables applying two types of fertilizer in one pass, or use both tanks for one fertilizer.

The hydraulic drawbar contributes to perfect terrain contouring.
The large blades with a diameter of 27″×0.24″ working in two ranks are used for cutting and incorporating crop residue up to a depth of 7″ .
Each blade arm has own reset protection. The protection is simple maintenance-free with a release force of 595 lbs.
The four-rank shank gang layout ensures excellent loosening effect and mixing of crop residue with soil up to a depth of 18″. Two types of shanks are available for deep tillage or ripping.
Each shank is individually protected with hydraulic reset protection (release force of 1,763 lbs).
It allows working in muddy and adverse conditions without the rear packers.

The individual arms of disc blades using simple maintenance-free auto-reset arms protection with a tension force of 595 lb. This design offers a long service life, easy swinging of the blades upwards in the case of a collision with an obstruction, and above all, maintaining the set working depth up to 7″.
The integrated axle is mounted between the ranks of shanks. This structural design lets you work with the TERRALAND DO combination disc ripper in extreme conditions because the rear packer can be easily disconnected or lifted. Moreover, the axle enables continuous turning and starting following turn at headland.
The point and the entire abrasion area of the point are covered with plates made of sintered carbides. The front part of the wings is made of carbide plates that minimise wear and tear in the width and maintain the same shape and functionality the whole time. The LONG LIFE model offers up to ten times longer service time when compared with the standard model, ensures a consistent working depth and quality of work, improves recessing, and provides lower costs and time saved by replacing working parts.

The TERRALAND DO combination disk ripper is equipped with notched disc blades with a large diameter of 27″ x 0.24″. The blade diameter allows the tool to work at a depth of 7″ and provides perfect crop residue cutting and incorporating into top soil layers.
The negative angle provides ripping without active mixing at a depth of up to 18″. The negative angle does not mix soil, disturbs the hardened layers intensely and aerates the soil profile.
Designed for intense deep loosening up to 17.7″. The working angle of the Active-Mix shanks allows to disrupt, intensely loosen soil and mix it with crop residue.
Levelling rotary discs that perfectly level the surface, adjustable according to the soil conditions. Suitable equipment for machines used in heavier soils.
Comfortable hydraulic AUTO-RESET shank protection for rocky and extremely hardened soils. The robust hydraulic reset protection with downforce of 1764 lb allows for continuous work.
Rear tandem packers with a diameter of 16″ and 10″ have overlapping spikes. The overlapping arrangement of the rollers provides a self-cleaning effect. The adjustable double roller is used for effective cultivation of soil with a high quantity of crop residue after deep loosening with a chisel plough. Weight: 1302 lb/ft. The packer is suitable for use with Active-Mix shanks.
Rear tandem rollers with a diameter of 10″ have overlapping spikes. The overlapping arrangement of the rollers provides a self-cleaning effect. The implement can work in the most extreme conditions without clogging. Weight: 1136 lb/ft. The packer is suitable for use with Active-Mix shanks.
CUTPACK is a heavy steel packer with a high cutting capability and an excellent reverse compaction effect. Suitable for heavy soils. Packer diameter 25″. Weight: 1606 lb/ft (including scrapers). The packer is suitable for use with Zero-Mix shanks.
DEEP TILLAGE
Deep tillage has its proven advantages, and it can completely replace standard tillage when carried out at the right time and in the right way. Deep tillage enables root systems to develop, disrupts compacted layers and the plough pan, and creates optimal soil environment for proper functional water and air conditions of soil. BEDNAR implements can carry out deep loosening up to the maximum depth of 25.5″. It is recommended to add profile fertilization in one pass, to provide soil with essential nutrients.
