The main advantage of ATLAS AN_PROFI high speed disc is the disc section equipped with blades with a large diameter of 24″×0.24″. Individually mounted blades guarantee precise and stable guidance of blades in soil, achieving even cultivation of the soil profile. The blade gang can be equipped with notched or aggressive discs. Aggressive discs have a special shape that improves soil penetration and provides a better cutting and mixing effect.
The ATLAS AN_PROFI models offer outstanding underframe clearance that enables these robust speed discs to provide excellent mixing and incorporation of large quantities of organic matter, crop residue or cover crop.
The total weight of up to 7,385 lbs in combination with a robust frame allows to add additional weights of up to 440 lbs to the AN_PROFI models. The additional weights increases the down pressure on blade gangs and facilitates soil penetration that can be a problem especially when working during drought.
Setting the working depth of the implement is easy and comfortable using the tipping spacers located on the rear hydraulic cylinders that connect the frame of the tool with the frame of rear packers.
To ensure safe transport, the side blades are folded upwards. The blades can be folded mechanically, or hydraulically in the comfort of the cabin. The hydraulic design is especially suitable when the implement is transported on roads more frequently. The full working width of 9′ 10″ is achieved by unfolding the side discs into the working position.

The disc blades are placed in maintenance-free ball bearings with lifelong charge. The tightness of the bearing is ensured by a cartridge git seal. They are oversized, which ensures trouble-free operation.
FLEXI-BOX provides a maintenance-free mounting of arms to the frame. Each pin is fixed in a casing with special block. The design does not require any lubrication, and it also reduces micro-vibrations transmitted from the discs to the frame.
AUTO-RESET arms protection is provided by a horizontal spring, which provides ideal digging force of each disc blade. It is designed especially for heavier and dry soils.
