The ATLAS AO_PROFI model line is a robust line of versatile speed discs with properties suitable for processing large quantities of crop residue.
The ATLAS AO_PROFI GEN II high speed disc is equipped with a hydraulic drawbar. We use this type of technical design to provide the ideal the connection to the tractor, and more importantly, improve the quality of work because the speed disc contours any terrain unevenness perfectly.
ATLAS AO_PROFI GEN II can be equipped with single or double gauge wheels. These guarantee excellent terrain following and maintaining of the set working depth throughout the entire working width of the implement.
ATLAS AO_PROFI GEN II models have blade gangs arranged in the pattern of X. This innovative technical design eliminates drifting of the implement to the side. That allows the high speed disc to precisely follow the tractor track. The central double disc reduces the risk of ridge formation.
ATLAS AO_PROFI GEN II heavy duty high speed discs have properties that predetermine the implement to be used for processing large quantities of crop residue, cover crop and other organic matter (slurry, manure). For trouble-free work and elimination of potential clogging of the tool, even when working in muddy conditions, this model line offers optimum distance between the individual working gangs. The distance between the front and rear rank of the blade gang is more than 59” and the distance of discs to the rear packer axis is up to 57”. The under frame clearance is approximately 27.5” and it provides trouble-free throughput.
A tine deflector can be ordered between the blade gangs. The deflector serves to direct the flow of material created by the front blade gang. It prevents the second blade gang from clogging. The deflector is very convenient and easy to adjust.
The two-rank layout of rear packers provides better stability at high speed than one rank design, and also eliminates any gap in the high speed disc with two rollers in one rank. The integrated axle ensures even distribution of the implement weight and eliminates its swaying. Moreover, it ensures safer transport and reduces the turning radius of the tractor with the speed disc at the headland.
ATLAS AO_PROFI GEN II can now be equipped with wide tires 500/60-22.5. This tire size eliminates tracks, for example when turning the implement on headlands in muddy conditions. Wide tires provide greater stability even at high transport speeds
The ATLAS AO_PROFI GEN II speed disc is equipped with easy working depth adjustment even in its basic version. The working depth is adjusted hydraulically using spacers on the hydraulic cylinders, which are part of the rear cylinder frames. The working depth is very clearly visible from the tractor cab on the working depth scale indicator.
For perfect soil levelling, the ATLAS AO_PROFI GEN II can be equipped with the Crushbar levelling bar mounted in front of the rear rollers. The rear rollers only consolidate the soil and do not level it. The result is perfectly level ground.
ATLAS AO_PROFI GEN II high speed discs are always equipped with a parallel linkage of rear rollers in the double packer configuration. This technical feature always guarantees contact of the second rank of rollers with the soil ensuring high-quality consolidation.

The unique design ensures precise implement trailing behind the tractor. As a result, the entire working width is being used since there is no side drifting of the implement.
The disc blades are placed in maintenance-free ball bearings with lifelong charge. The tightness of the bearing is ensured by a cartridge git seal. They are oversized, which ensures trouble-free operation.
The two-rank layout of rear packers provides better stability at high speed than a one rank design, and also eliminates the gap in implement with two rollers in one row. The tool must work in a steady and stable manner to achieve a levelled field without waves.
Auto-reset arms protection is provided by a horizontal spring that offers 595 lb of release force and provides an ideal digging force and pressure on each disc blade. It is designed especially for heavier and dry types of soil.

The leveler in front of the double packers levels any unevenness after the previous section. The packers only consolidate the soil without levelling it. The result is a perfectly level field.
The specially shaped disc blades offer a higher cutting and mixing effect. They also penetrate soil better in the dry season. The aggressive blades have a lot of cutting edges along the circumference for easy incorporation of a large quantity of trash. The sharp blades efficiently cut crop residue. Moreover, the profiled shape allows bringing out more soil. Available with a diameter of 24″ × 0.24″.

V-RING is a heavy steel packer suitable for intense crumbling and reverse soil compaction. The packer is suitable for all types of soil. Packer diameter 25″. Weight: 1222 lb/ft (including scrapers).
V-RING is a packer with individual rings shaped in a V. The packer has an outstandingly low stickiness, which prevents the packer from clogging when wet. The U-RING packer is a dual rank steel packer. The ranks are offset, which provides an excellent self-cleaning effect.
