SWIFTERDISC XN_Z is a model range of mounted compact disc harrows which are available in working widths of 4 m, 5 m and 6 m. The SWIFTERDISC XN_Z model was developed as a short disc cultivator with a galvanized surface intended for slurry application behind trailed or self-propelled slurry tankers. This model offers the possibility of equipping the machine with disc diameters of up to 560 mm. SWIFTERDISC XN_Z disc harrow is equipped with hydraulic working depth adjustment as standard.

The SWIFTERDISC XN_Z compact disc harrow (applicator) cultivates the soil and applies slurry in one pass. This prevents liquid manure loss through evaporation and eliminates slurry emissions into the environment.
BEDNAR has extensive experience with aggressive environments in crop production. It is thanks to the galvanized surface treatment of MULCHER rotary mowers that these mowers have become one of the most popular in the world. This positive experience combined with high durability led to the decision to produce the SWIFTERDISC XN_Z applicator only in the galvanized version.
The SWIFTERDISC XN_Z applicator is equipped with the most modern VOGELSANG DOSIMAT DMX570 24-50 distribution head. Vogelsang allows precise distribution of nutrients with a distribution coefficient of less than 5%. Quick and easy connection to the slurry tanker.
The application tips are located in the first row of the disc section. The tips are directed into the groove created by the disc. The application of slurry with simultaneous incorporation in a single pass reduces the number of passes, saves time and money, and meets the legislative requirements for slurry incorporation.
The applicator SWIFTERDISC XN_Z brings operators even more options to choose from. The standard configuration of the SWIFTERDISC XN_Z applicator includes discs with a diameter of 520 mm; 560 mm discs are available on request. Choose from standard notched discs or specially shaped more aggressive discs.
The applicator can now be equipped with ENDURANCE discs, supplied by the French manufacturer FORGES DE NIAUX. They provide a longer service life than the standard discs thanks to the high disc strength in tough working areas. ENDURANCE discs excel in withstanding extreme impacts and deformations.
SWIFTERDISC XN_Z is only available with hydraulic working depth setting. The working depth is set by placing the required number of integrated spacers on the hydraulic cylinders.
The disc harrow can be equipped with single support wheels on request. Provide excellent terrain contouring and maintain the set working depth along the entire width of the machine.

The main frames and other parts of the machine have a hot-dip galvanizing surface treatment.
Provide excellent terrain contouring and maintain the set working depth along the entire width of the machine.

Provide rear consolidation and closure of the soil profile for even germination of unwanted cereal seeds and reduced evaporation of soil moisture.

En tand for hver to tallerkener sikrer højt gennemløb af materiale. Restafgrøde kan nemt løbe gennem maskinen (store mængder strå, rester efter majs). De fleste tallerkenharver har kun en tand pr. tallerken. Dette design begrænser gennemløbet af materiale under især våde forhold, eller når der er en stor mængde restafgrøde.
Monteringen af to tallerkener på en tand giver dobbelt så meget plads til sikring med gummisegmenter. Gummisegmenterne absorberer stød i forbindelse med jordbearbejdning. Harven er hurtig og kræver ikke vedligehold under selv vanskelige forhold. Gummiet er af høj kvalitet med lang levetid.
Kuglelejer med skævvinklet kontakt er lukkede vha. to statiske og en dynamisk kassettepakdåse med fire tætningslæber, og de kører i et fast lejehus af metal. Lejerne er sat på tallerknerne med seks bolte. De er i overstørrelse, hvilket gør betjening nem.
