NEVEON EE is an applicator so-called liquiliser designed for the application of liquid fertiliser, especially nitrogen fertiliser, directly into the soil profile. The machine consists of a large-volume tank and boom that can be dismounted. A separate tank with its own chassis can be used for other uses of liquid fertilisers on your farm, for example for the application of liquid fertilisers by the strip till system.

By injecting liquid nitrogen using a spoke wheel, yield increases by up to 9% and protein increases by up to 20% compared to traditional spreading of granular fertilisers. Conventional granular fertilisers have an efficiency of 65–85%, while liquid fertilisers achieve significantly higher efficiency – up to 95%! No fertiliser evaporation, minimal fertiliser leaching. Nitrogen is injected to a depth of seven centimeters, making it immediately available to the plant and ensuring a faster effect, especially in dry conditions. The fertiliser is injected precisely close to the root system. There is no risk of burning the plants.
The NEVEON liquiliser tank is made of laminate. It includes breakwaters inside the tank. The total volume of 8000 l guarantees high performance. You can choose from two pumps. A pump with a maximum flow rate of 166 l/min or a more powerful pump with a capacity of 274 l/min.
The tank is attached to the chassis, which is equipped with a 3-point hitch cat. III and IV. and a towing eye. The boom is mounted to the hitch. They can be easily parked and the chassis with the tank used for other needs on the farm.
The flushing tank is used to flush the main tank and the entire system. The tank is conveniently accessible.
The hand rinse tank is located at the front of the liquiliser.
The chassis is equipped with large flotation tyres measuring 650/65-30.5. Flotation tyres are specifically designed to create low pressure on the soil, thus preventing possible compaction of soil, which occurs most often when turning the machine on headlands or when working in wet conditions.
The liquiliser boom works on a hydraulic lift, which both absorbs shocks from the ground and also raises the boom arms to a higher position, thus allowing the arms to be folded forward. This allows convenient and quick folding. In addition, the center of gravity is balanced during the transport of the liquiliser from the field to the farm.
The spoke wheel is made of a stainless steel with stainless steel application tips into which the liquid is directed. The system is protected by a cover.
The technical and software solution allows to reduce to a minimum the injection of liquid for each 2 m of working width. The injection tip must have a constant supply of liquid to prevent the tip from clogging.
The entire system for application and adjustment of the liquiliser is controlled from the tractor terminal. BEDNAR engineers have developed software that is very simple and intuitive. The system allows connectivity via ISOBUS.

PROFILOVÉ HNOJENÍ
Aplikaci hnojiv do půdního prostředí, takzvané profilové hnojení, je vhodné provádět společně s hloubkovým kypřením hloubkovými kypřiči FENIX, kombinovanými kypřiči ACTROS nebo dlátovými pluhy TERRALAND. Takto přesně uložené hnojivo motivuje kořenový systém k rychlejšímu a masivnějšímu růstu, což pomáhá řešit aktuální problémy s půdní vláhou. Nejčastěji se tento systém uložení hnojiva využívá pro založení porostů hlubokokořenících rostlin, jako je kukuřice, cukrová řepa nebo řepka olejka.
