FRONT PRESSURIZED HOPPER FOR SEED AND FERTILIZER DISTRIBUTION

The SEED BOX SB front mounted hopper is primarily designed for establishing crop in combination with the CORSA CN seeding bar, or catch crop in the inter-rows with the ROW-MASTER cultivator. The pressurized design provides high precision in dispensing also in cases of high amounts of seeds or fertilizer.

Overpressure is created in the hopper thanks to the airtight closure. This design increases the quality of seed and fertilizer batching precision, even in cases of higher application amounts of seeds or fertilizer.

Our portfolio includes various types of seeding rollers for the application of different fertilizer and seed sizes. We offer seeding rollers from 30 cm³ to 790 cm³. You can use the SEED BOX SB for quick establishment of cereals, oilseeds, legumes, including fertilizer application.

EASY CONTROL

Using BEDNAR ISOBUS systems or terminals.

Setting the batches and the front hopper control is very easy. The mounted SEED BOX SB hopper can be controlled via ISOBUS on the tractor monitor or through BEDNAR terminals.

The hopper can also be used in combination with the CORSA CN seeding bar. This set offers great manoeuvrability thanks to its dimensions especially when establishing crop in smaller fields. Also, it offers an advantage when establishing crop in extreme or wet conditions where standard seed drills would not be able to work properly.

To apply fertilizer during cultivation, or seeding catch crop in cultivated inter-rows, the front SEED BOX SB hopper can be aggregated with the ROW-MASTER cultivator.

Safe both in the field and on the road.

The front-mounted SEED BOX SB is shaped in a way that ensures safe work. The tractor cabin provides an excellent view of the space in front of the hopper, thanks to the inclination of its top part. The hopper is also equipped with lights for transport and efficient lighting for working at night.

APPLICATION ARMS

A unique equipment option.

The SEED BOX SB can be optionally equipped with application arms with electronic half-width shut-off function. This is a suitable equipment option, for example for fertiliser or catch crop application in one pass. The application arms can be easily detached and the SEED BOX can be used separately in aggregation with another machine type.

La aplicación de fertilizante en el entorno del suelo conocida como fertilización de perfil debe realizarse junto con el aflojamiento en profundidad utilizando cultivadores FENIX, cultivadores combinados ACTROS o arados de cincel TERRALAND. Tal fertilizante colocado con precisión motiva al sistema de raíces a crecer más rápido y más grande, lo que ayuda a resolver los problemas actuales con la humedad del suelo. Este sistema de distribución de fertilizantes se usa con mayor frecuencia para establecer cultivos de raíces profundas como el maíz, la remolacha azucarera o la colza.
