\u00a0\u00a0 In September 2011 we started testing a new type of machine, it is a semi-chisel plow\u00a0Terraland TO 6000<\/a>. Chisel plows Terraland over the past two years, came to the attention of many farmers an easy solution for compacted soil and deep loosening. During these two years, the machine proved its merits, which brought him popularity. Serie TN have a range of 3 to 4 meters working widths. Still missing, however, a machine that could also be a solution for larger area and larget output.<\/h2>\n

Terraland TO for big tractors and high daily output<\/h2>\n


\nThe new series builds on the mounted machine TN extends the working width to 4, 5 and 6 m. The possibilities of new\u00a0Terraland TO<\/a> can be interesting especially for owners of tractors with more than 330HP. It is especially designed for deep intense loosening (15 \u2013 55 cm) with the mixing of plant residues (alternative of traditional ploughing with significant savings), quality levelling, clods crushing, destruction of soil layers (better water absorption, better access of water to the roots, more O2 in the soil, \u2026) and total improve of soil health.

    \nThe sequence of working bodies Terralandu TO is identical to the mounted model Terraland TN. Legs have the same geometry and are equipped with double-sided chisels(points) 70 mm with wings, which, thanks to quick-change system very easy to turn. Protection of legs is done hydraulically.
    \nLegs are designed under the 3 angles:<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. The first angle aggressively disrupt the plough pan and is placed so as to avoid taking up the lower layers of the soil poor in nutrients into the depths in which it is to seed.<\/li>\n
    2. The second angle is already an intense mixing effect required for the quality of crop residues covering<\/li>\n
    3. The third angle forces organic material to the final covering<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The rear tandem spike rollers with self-cleaning equal surface behind the machine also with big volume of crop residues.

      Work even in wettest conditions<\/h2>\n


      \n\u00a0 During designing of the model TO that we build on the experience we have gained with a model TN. Users of the mounted version highly appreciated the work even in very wet conditions, can work up to freezing. Therefore, the transport axle of the model TO is located between 2 rows of legs, the machine can work on axle even in case of very wet conditions. Tracks, which then creat the axle are immediately disrupted from second row of legs.\u00a0<\/span>By putting the axle in the middle of machine is possible\u00a0 to work in extreme conditions without rear rollers (no blocking).<\/span>

      Testing started successfully<\/h2>\n


      \n\u00a0\u00a0 For the first time the machine started working on the farm of Mr.Petr Ruzicka from Doln\u00ed \u0158edice. Land of Mr.Ruzicka farms are known as very difficult. Terraland was pulled by the tractor JD 9530T. We worked just corn harvesting. The result of the work according Mr.Ruzicka was very good. The maximum working depth was achieved by 30 cm at the first pass! Easy access of legs into soil is achieved thanks to the aggressive legs position to land. Traktor operator of Mr. Ruzicka has extensive experience with machines of similar type. According words of the machine operator with competitive machine gets to a depth of 30 cm up to 2 crossings with Terralandem made it to one.<\/span>
