They purchased the machine in 2017 and since then they regularly use it for stubble cultivation on more than 70 hectares per shift. What is their experience and what yield did they have during harvest? The company deals with both <strong>plant and animal production<\/strong>. As far as plant production is concerned, they specialise in growing barley, wheat and clover.<\/p>\n<p>They use the plant production for their own animal production. Ing. David Mart\u00ednek, the agronomist, told us what their yield was this year: <em>\u201cWe had 7.8 t\/ha of wheat, 6.5 t\/ha of winter barley, 5.2 t\/ha of oilseed rape, 4.2 t\/ha of peas, 32 t\/ha of maize for silage, and the corn is yet to be harvested.\u201d <\/em><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Sidlo-ZP-Keblov-v-Keblove.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div><\/p>\n<p><p class=\"text-block-grey text-block-equal-height\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The offices of ZP Keblov<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Stredisko-ZP-Keblov-v-Mnichovicich.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div><\/p>\n<p><p class=\"text-block-grey text-block-equal-height\"><br \/>\nThe division of ZP Keblovin Mnichovice<br \/>\n<\/p><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\n<em>\u201cIn animal production, we breed pigs and cattle. We have about 1,800 pigs and 350 dairy cows,\u201d <\/em>the agronomist adds. ZP Keblov mostly manages medium-heavy soils and they regularly use the seven-step crop rotation procedure.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Selection of the disc cultivator <\/h2>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nIn 2016, they started looking into getting a new disc cultivator. They had rented several disc cultivators from various manufacturers, including a <a href=\"\/?page_id=153231\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">SWIFTERDISC XO 8000 F<\/span><\/a>. They tested all the machines in their soil conditions. The agronomist of ZP Keblov told us about the tests: \u201c<em>We tested the disc cultivators in various situations, such as a stubble field after barley, wheat, oilseed rape, and with various moisture levels. We decided not to invest into foreign machines and to buy a disc cultivator from a domestic manufacturer,\u201d <\/em>adds Mr. Mart\u00ednek.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Assessment of the machine work <\/h2>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nJan Holada, the operator of the machine, shared a lot of information with us about the machine: \u201c<em>This is the third season I have been driving the BEDNAR disc cultivator. The working speed ranges between 13 and 15 km\/h. The working depth is set according to the requirements of the agronomist, up to the maximum depth. It is easy to set up and control. I do not have any issues with maintenance. I am completely satisfied. I am also satisfied with the work of the machine. It mixes crop residue nicely and does what it is supposed to do. I would recommend this disc cultivator to anyone who is looking for a simple solution for stubble cultivation,\u201d <\/em>adds Mr. Holada.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Cooperation with BEDNAR FMT<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nThe cooperation with ZP Keblov is has not been for long. Netrv\u00e1 dlouho. Ing. David Mart\u00ednek, the agronomist, provides more information about this short cooperation: <em>\u201cWe have been cooperating with BEDNAR for about three years. Even though it has been such a short time, our cooperation has been very beneficial for both sides. Moreover, it is easy to arrange and test anything.
