Vladim\u00edr Dolejsk\u00fd, PhD, vice-ministre de l\u2019environnement, ont remis une m\u00e9daille d\u2019argent \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 BEDNAR pour son syst\u00e8me EASY CONTROL.<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/IMG_0280.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/IMG_0261.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Le syst\u00e8me EASY CONTROL, qu\u2019est-ce que c\u2019est ?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nLe syst\u00e8me BEDNAR EasyControl permet de r\u00e9aliser un d\u00e9ploiement et un repli s\u00e9quentiel automatique de la machine. Pour ce faire, il suffit d\u2019appuyer sur un seul bouton se trouvant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cran du terminal install\u00e9 dans la cabine du tracteur. Le r\u00e9glage de tous les param\u00e8tres d\u2019exploitation, respectivement des diff\u00e9rentes sections, se r\u00e9alise \u00e0 partir de la cabine du tracteur, en saisissant tout simplement les valeurs pertinentes \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cran du terminal. Le syst\u00e8me hydraulique de la machine se place ensuite automatiquement dans la bonne position en fonction des valeurs ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 saisies.<\/p>\n<p>Ce syst\u00e8me permet de d\u00e9finir tr\u00e8s facilement les param\u00e8tres suivants :<\/p>\n<p>o la profondeur de travail,<\/p>\n<p>o l\u2019enfoncement des disques avant par rapport aux disques arri\u00e8re,<\/p>\n<p>o l\u2019enfoncement des disques lat\u00e9raux par rapport aux disques centraux,<\/p>\n<p>o l\u2019angle du timon durant le travail,<\/p>\n<p>o le r\u00e9glage de l\u2019angle d\u2019inclinaison du double rouleau arri\u00e8re,<\/p>\n<p>o le r\u00e9glage de l\u2019agressivit\u00e9 des accessoires avant et arri\u00e8re,<\/p>\n<p>o la compensation de l\u2019usure des disques.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me BEDNAR EasyControl est capable de r\u00e9agir imm\u00e9diatement aux variations des conditions de sol et ce, sans que l\u2019op\u00e9rateur ne doive quitter la cabine du tracteur. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la fonction d\u2019all\u00e8gement qui est int\u00e9gr\u00e9e au syst\u00e8me EasyControl, le tracteur restera performant et ce, m\u00eame lorsqu\u2019il se d\u00e9placera en c\u00f4te.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/02_Diplom.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/01_MEDAILE.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Avantages du syst\u00e8me EASY CONTROL<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nLes machines \u00e9quip\u00e9es du syst\u00e8me <strong>BEDNAR EasyControl<\/strong> peuvent \u00eatre repli\u00e9es et d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es en appuyant sur un seul bouton, sans qu\u2019aucune autre intervention de l\u2019utilisateur ne soit n\u00e9cessaire \u2013 le processus est absolument autonome et l\u2019utilisateur doit juste maintenir le bouton enfonc\u00e9 pour des raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Lorsque la machine travaille, son \u00e9tat est constamment contr\u00f4l\u00e9 et en cas de probl\u00e8me quelconque, le syst\u00e8me en informe imm\u00e9diatement l\u2019op\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 <strong>BEDNAR<\/strong> d\u00e9veloppe ses machines en tenant compte des toutes derni\u00e8res tendances en termes de syst\u00e8me de commande des machines agricoles. Ces informations peuvent ensuite \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es dans les syst\u00e8mes FMIS (Farm Management Information System) pour effectuer une analyse d\u00e9taill\u00e9e du travail ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 ou pour d\u00e9finir les relations \u00e9conomico-agronomiques. Une fois le travail termin\u00e9, il sera ainsi par exemple possible de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une carte de la profondeur \u00e0 laquelle le sol a \u00e9t\u00e9 travaill\u00e9 et la comparer avec la carte de la consommation de carburant afin d\u2019analyser l\u2019impact direct de la profondeur de travail sur les rendements. La carte de la profondeur de travail du sol peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e dans un syst\u00e8me FMIS. Pour ce faire, il suffit d\u2019appuyer sur un seul bouton se trouvant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cran du terminal install\u00e9 dans la cabine du tracteur. Le r\u00e9glage de tous les param\u00e8tres d\u2019exploitation, respectivement des diff\u00e9rentes sections, se r\u00e9alise \u00e0 partir de la cabine du tracteur, en saisissant tout simplement les valeurs pertinentes \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cran du terminal. Le syst\u00e8me hydraulique de la machine se place ensuite automatiquement dans la bonne position en fonction des valeurs ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 saisies.\r\n\r\nCe syst\u00e8me permet de d\u00e9finir tr\u00e8s facilement les param\u00e8tres suivants :\r\n\r\no la profondeur de travail,\r\n\r\no l\u2019enfoncement des disques avant par rapport aux disques arri\u00e8re,\r\n\r\no l\u2019enfoncement des disques lat\u00e9raux par rapport aux disques centraux,\r\n\r\no l\u2019angle du timon durant le travail,\r\n\r\no le r\u00e9glage de l\u2019angle d\u2019inclinaison du double rouleau arri\u00e8re,\r\n\r\no le r\u00e9glage de l\u2019agressivit\u00e9 des accessoires avant et arri\u00e8re,\r\n\r\no la compensation de l\u2019usure des disques.\r\n\r\nLe syst\u00e8me BEDNAR EasyControl est capable de r\u00e9agir imm\u00e9diatement aux variations des conditions de sol et ce, sans que l\u2019op\u00e9rateur ne doive quitter la cabine du tracteur. Ces informations peuvent ensuite \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es dans les syst\u00e8mes FMIS (Farm Management Information System) pour effectuer une analyse d\u00e9taill\u00e9e du travail ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 ou pour d\u00e9finir les relations \u00e9conomico-agronomiques. Une fois le travail termin\u00e9, il sera ainsi par exemple possible de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une carte de la profondeur \u00e0 laquelle le sol a \u00e9t\u00e9 travaill\u00e9 et la comparer avec la carte de la consommation de carburant afin d\u2019analyser l\u2019impact direct de la profondeur de travail sur les rendements. La carte de la profondeur de travail du sol peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e dans un syst\u00e8me FMIS.
