L\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 BEDNAR a livr\u00e9 ses premiers semoirs en Chine. Au printemps 2018, une d\u00e9monstration pilote a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e chez des clients potentiels et nous ne pouvions pas manquer un \u00e9v\u00e9nement aussi important.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"content\"><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div>\n<h2>Offre pilote pour la Chine : Semoir OMEGA OO 4000 en version Ferti<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nComme premi\u00e8re machine \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter aux agriculteurs chinois, le revendeur local, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 AGTOPMACH, a choisi le semoir OMEGA OO 4000 dans sa version Ferti. Ils ont mis cette machine en service en 2017 et ils ont trait\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s leurs premiers hectares tests. Au printemps 2018, la machine a \u00e9t\u00e9 pleinement exploit\u00e9e et les premi\u00e8res d\u00e9monstrations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9es pour les clients.<\/p>\n<p>Entretemps, une autre combinaison de machines a \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9e en Chine \u2013 un v\u00e9hicule-tr\u00e9mie FERTI-BOX FB 3000 associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une charrue \u00e0 dents TERRALAND TN3000H7R dans sa version RT. Nous sommes partis apporter un soutien technique \u00e0 nos coll\u00e8gues chinois et nous en avons profit\u00e9 pour v\u00e9rifier le fonctionnement de ces machines dans les conditions locales.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Le semoir OMEGA OO 4000 est utilis\u00e9 sur deux types de sols diff\u00e9rents<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nLes deux premi\u00e8res journ\u00e9es du semoir Omega ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9serv\u00e9es aux semis de bl\u00e9 combin\u00e9s \u00e0 une application d\u2019engrais NPK dans les rangs interm\u00e9diaires. Ces semis ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de la ville d\u2019Ergun, au Nord-ouest de la r\u00e9gion autonome chinoise appel\u00e9e Mongolie-int\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n<p>Deux types de terrains tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s pour y r\u00e9aliser ces semis :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Un champ ameubli apr\u00e8s que du pois y ait \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9colt\u00e9 :<\/strong>\u00a0le sol \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s mou, il s\u2019agissait de terre noire friable sans traces visibles de vie de microorganismes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Chaume de colza, \u00ab\u00a0travaill\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb de temps en temps par br\u00fblis :\u00a0<\/strong>Le sol \u00e9tait tout aussi fin et\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0mort\u00a0\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"one-full-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/d836f2de0cf1b3e1785be4e918da182b.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div><\/p>\n<p><p class=\"text-block-grey text-block-equal-height\"><br \/>\nL\u2019\u00e9quipe Omega. Monsieur Ond\u0159ej Kon\u00ed\u010dek enlac\u00e9 par le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Han, l\u2019op\u00e9rateur de la machine.<br \/>\n<\/p><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nM\u00eame si les conditions de sols \u00e9taient les m\u00eames sur les deux terrains s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de r\u00e9gler diff\u00e9remment la machine sur les deux champs. Dans le premier cas, nous avons mis la section de disques hors service et nous avons param\u00e9tr\u00e9 la pression des sabots au minimum. Compte tenu du patinage du moyen de traction, la vitesse de travail maximale de l\u2019attelage \u00e9tait de 8 \u00e0 10 km\/h.<\/p>\n<p>Sur le second champ, nous n\u2019avons plus rencontr\u00e9 de probl\u00e8me de traction et l\u2019attelage a donc pu se d\u00e9placer sans probl\u00e8mes \u00e0 une vitesse comprise entre 12 et 15 km\/h. Nous avons r\u00e9gl\u00e9 la section de disques \u00e0 une profondeur de travail de 6 cm et la pression des sabots a \u00e9t\u00e9 param\u00e9tr\u00e9e \u00e0 environ la moiti\u00e9 de sa valeur maximale. Dans les deux cas, la profondeur de travail des sabots de semis oscillait autour de sa valeur maximale, soit 6 cm. La dose de graines \u00e9tait de 273 kg\/ha et celle d\u2019engrais \u00e9tait de 255 kg\/ha.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/f8719cb1e838182f9797662550b98a9b.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div><\/p>\n<p><p class=\"text-block-grey text-block-equal-height2\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Premi\u00e8re mise en action du semoir Omega<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/ae453dff45ff34e4c3da38e2f7cdbe42.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div><\/p>\n<p><p class=\"text-block-grey text-block-equal-height2\"><br \/>\nLe semoir Omega sur le chaume de colza<br \/>\n<\/p><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<h2>La premi\u00e8re mission de l\u2019attelage FERTI-BOX + TERRALAND : Amender le sol \u00e0 deux profondeurs diff\u00e9rentes<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nNous avons ensuite mont\u00e9 un attelage compos\u00e9 des machines FB et TN-RT associ\u00e9e \u00e0 un tracteur. Pour la premi\u00e8re d\u00e9monstration, il s\u2019agissait d\u2019un tracteur New Holland. L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait d\u2019amender le profil du sol \u00e0 deux profondeurs diff\u00e9rentes :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00c0 la profondeur de travail maximale \u2013 d\u00e9finie \u00e0 35-40 cm.<\/li>\n<li>Juste sous la surface.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La dose d\u2019engrais a \u00e9t\u00e9 param\u00e9tr\u00e9e \u00e0 140 kg d\u2019engrais azot\u00e9 issu d\u2019une des chambres du v\u00e9hicule-tr\u00e9mie FB et 150 kg d\u2019engrais combin\u00e9 NPK issu de la seconde chambre. Ce dosage n\u2019a pos\u00e9 aucun probl\u00e8me au v\u00e9hicule-tr\u00e9mie FERTI-BOX. Tout s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 comme le souhaitait le client.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"one-full-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/8b35c100e050adb6022f9385d0db5f73.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div><\/p>\n<p><p class=\"text-block-grey text-block-equal-height2\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>L\u2019attelage FB 3000 et TN 3000 HM7RT est pr\u00eat \u00e0 travailler<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<h2>D\u00e9gagement \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une machine Terraland : Les avantages de la conception int\u00e9grant un rouleau arri\u00e8re suppl\u00e9mentaire<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nPour ce qui est du d\u00e9gagement \u00e0 l\u2019aide de la machine TN-RT, nous avons vu se manifester les avantages li\u00e9s \u00e0 la conception int\u00e9grant un rouleau arri\u00e8re suppl\u00e9mentaire. Dans les conditions de sols sablonneux, une machine Terraland \u00e9quip\u00e9e uniquement de rouleaux \u00e0 dents tandems se serait bourr\u00e9e, ce qui aurait eu comme cons\u00e9quence un ralentissement inutile de l\u2019attelage. Gr\u00e2ce au rouleau \u00e0 pneumatiques arri\u00e8re,\u00a0<strong>la machine a pu prendre appui sur ce sol tendre<\/strong>. La vitesse de l\u2019attelage n\u2019\u00e9tait donc limit\u00e9e que par la puissance du moyen tracteur. La plupart du temps, nous nous sommes d\u00e9plac\u00e9s \u00e0 une vitesse comprise entre 7 et 9 km\/h.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/a5aec80d7fc1c1810aac99e0ce158623.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div><\/p>\n<p><p class=\"text-block-grey text-block-equal-height2\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Le travail r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par les rouleaux \u00e0 dents et par le rouleau arri\u00e8re<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/62a41ff5f84d3dd0a53dd550efeb61e3.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div><\/p>\n<p><p class=\"text-block-grey text-block-equal-height2\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>L\u2019attelage en pleine action<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Test n\u00b0 2 : D\u00e9gager et amender un terrain situ\u00e9 \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la ville d\u2019Ulanhot<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nApr\u00e8s deux jours de travail sans rencontrer de probl\u00e8me, nous avons transf\u00e9r\u00e9 notre attelage sur environ 750 km pour nous rendre dans les alentours de la ville d\u2019Ulanhot. La mission \u00e9tait toujours la m\u00eame : d\u00e9gager le terrain et enfouir de l\u2019engrais \u00e0 deux profondeurs diff\u00e9rentes dans le profil du sol.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de ce test, nous avons associ\u00e9 notre attelage \u00e0 un tracteur CASE Magnum. Les conditions de sol \u00e9taient encore sensiblement plus l\u00e9g\u00e8res et le champ \u00e9tait pollu\u00e9 \u00e0 certains endroits. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire de relever l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la machine \u00e0 une profondeur de travail d\u2019environ 30 cm et de ralentir la vitesse de l\u2019attelage \u00e0 7 km\/h. Au printemps 2018, la machine a \u00e9t\u00e9 pleinement exploit\u00e9e et les premi\u00e8res d\u00e9monstrations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9es pour les clients.\r\n\r\nEntretemps, une autre combinaison de machines a \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9e en Chine \u2013 un v\u00e9hicule-tr\u00e9mie FERTI-BOX FB 3000 associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une charrue \u00e0 dents TERRALAND TN3000H7R dans sa version RT. Dans le premier cas, nous avons mis la section de disques hors service et nous avons param\u00e9tr\u00e9 la pression des sabots au minimum. Compte tenu du patinage du moyen de traction, la vitesse de travail maximale de l\u2019attelage \u00e9tait de 8 \u00e0 10 km\/h.\r\n\r\nSur le second champ, nous n\u2019avons plus rencontr\u00e9 de probl\u00e8me de traction et l\u2019attelage a donc pu se d\u00e9placer sans probl\u00e8mes \u00e0 une vitesse comprise entre 12 et 15 km\/h. Nous avons r\u00e9gl\u00e9 la section de disques \u00e0 une profondeur de travail de 6 cm et la pression des sabots a \u00e9t\u00e9 param\u00e9tr\u00e9e \u00e0 environ la moiti\u00e9 de sa valeur maximale. Dans les deux cas, la profondeur de travail des sabots de semis oscillait autour de sa valeur maximale, soit 6 cm. L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait d\u2019amender le profil du sol \u00e0 deux profondeurs diff\u00e9rentes :\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li>\u00c0 la profondeur de travail maximale \u2013 d\u00e9finie \u00e0 35-40 cm.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Juste sous la surface.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\nLa dose d\u2019engrais a \u00e9t\u00e9 param\u00e9tr\u00e9e \u00e0 140 kg d\u2019engrais azot\u00e9 issu d\u2019une des chambres du v\u00e9hicule-tr\u00e9mie FB et 150 kg d\u2019engrais combin\u00e9 NPK issu de la seconde chambre. Ce dosage n\u2019a pos\u00e9 aucun probl\u00e8me au v\u00e9hicule-tr\u00e9mie FERTI-BOX. Dans les conditions de sols sablonneux, une machine Terraland \u00e9quip\u00e9e uniquement de rouleaux \u00e0 dents tandems se serait bourr\u00e9e, ce qui aurait eu comme cons\u00e9quence un ralentissement inutile de l\u2019attelage. Gr\u00e2ce au rouleau \u00e0 pneumatiques arri\u00e8re,\u00a0<strong>la machine a pu prendre appui sur ce sol tendre<\/strong>. La vitesse de l\u2019attelage n\u2019\u00e9tait donc limit\u00e9e que par la puissance du moyen tracteur. La mission \u00e9tait toujours la m\u00eame : d\u00e9gager le terrain et enfouir de l\u2019engrais \u00e0 deux profondeurs diff\u00e9rentes dans le profil du sol.\r\n\r\nLors de ce test, nous avons associ\u00e9 notre attelage \u00e0 un tracteur CASE Magnum. Les conditions de sol \u00e9taient encore sensiblement plus l\u00e9g\u00e8res et le champ \u00e9tait pollu\u00e9 \u00e0 certains endroits. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire de relever l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la machine \u00e0 une profondeur de travail d\u2019environ 30 cm et de ralentir la vitesse de l\u2019attelage \u00e0 7 km\/h. Une fois ces r\u00e9glages effectu\u00e9s, la machine a travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 la plus grande satisfaction des fermiers
