Vladim\u00edr Dolejsk\u00fd, PhD. eine Silbermedaille f\u00fcr das EASY CONTROL-System.<\/h2>\n<h2><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/IMG_0280.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/IMG_0261.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Was ist EASY CONTROL?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nBEDNAR EasyControl erm\u00f6glicht ein automatisches Ein- und Ausklappen der Maschine mit einer Taste auf dem Display des Terminals direkt in der Traktorkabine. Die Einstellung aller Betriebsparameter, resp. Sektionen erfolgt direkt in der Traktorkabine durch die Eingabe von Werten auf dem Display. Das Hydrauliksystem der Maschine wird automatisch in die richtige Position nach den eingegebenen Werten eingestellt. Das System erm\u00f6glicht die einfache Einstellung von den folgenden Parametern:<\/p>\n<p>o Arbeitstiefe,<\/p>\n<p>o Ausgrabung der vorderen Scheiben gegen\u00fcber den hinteren,<\/p>\n<p>o Ausgrabung der seitlichen Scheiben gegen\u00fcber den mittleren,<\/p>\n<p>o Deichselwinkel bei der Arbeit,<\/p>\n<p>o Winkeleinstellung der hinteren Doppelwalze,<\/p>\n<p>o Einstellung der Aggressivit\u00e4t von vorderem und hinterem Zubeh\u00f6r,<\/p>\n<p>o Scheibenverschlei\u00dfkompensation.<\/p>\n<p>BEDNAR EasyControl-System kann sofort auf unterschiedliche Bodenbedingungen reagieren, ohne dass der Fahrer die Traktorkabine verlassen muss. Die Entlastungsfunktion, die im EasyControl-integriert ist, hilft dem Traktor, auch bei Hangauffahrten eine ausreichende Leistung aufrechtzuerhalten.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/02_Diplom.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/01_MEDAILE.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Vorteile von EASY CONTROL<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nMaschinen mit BEDNAR EasyControl-System k\u00f6nnen nur mit einer einzigen Taste ein- und ausgeklappt werden, ohne dass der Fahrer irgendwie interagieren muss \u2013 der Vorgang ist v\u00f6llig autonom und die Taste muss nur aus Sicherheitsgr\u00fcnden gedr\u00fcckt gehalten werden. W\u00e4hrend des Arbeitsvorgangs der Maschine wird deren Zustand kontinuierlich \u00fcberwacht und beim Auftreten von Problemen wird der Fahrer unverz\u00fcglich informiert.<\/p>\n<p>BEDNAR entwickelt Maschinen im Hinblick auf die neusten Trends bei der Steuerung von Landtechnik. Deshalb sind Maschinen mit EasyControl-System mit dem Standard kompatibel.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/OU_7899_TERMINAL.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/IMG_3738_SWIFTERDISC_XE12400PROFI.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div>\n<h2>EASY CONTROL und moderne Landwirtschaft<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nBei Erg\u00e4nzung der Maschine um IoT-System mit geeigneter Schnittstelle hat der Agronom die M\u00f6glichkeit, alle Informationen \u00fcber die Maschine auf seinem PC oder Mobilger\u00e4t zu sehen, einschlie\u00dflich aller Einstellungen und des aktuellen Zustands (GPS-Position auf der Karte, Maschine arbeitet, Geschwindigkeit von 12 km\/h, genaue Tiefe, alle detaillierten Einstellungen und statistische Daten wie bearbeitete Fl\u00e4che oder Leistung). Nat\u00fcrlich k\u00f6nnen nicht nur die aktuellen Daten, sondern auch die Historie angezeigt werden.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/IMG_2708_SWIFTERDISC_XE12400PROFI.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/ATLAS_AE12400_OU_1084_150pct_upraven.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Was ist TaskControl?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nW\u00e4hrend der Arbeit sendet die Maschine Informationen an das Terminal im Traktor, diese Informationen k\u00f6nnen dann in FMIS-Systemen (Farm Management Information System) zur detaillierten Analyse der durchgef\u00fchrten Arbeiten oder zur Ermittlung wirtschaftlicher und \u00a0agronomischer Zusammenh\u00e4nge verwendet werden. Nach der Arbeit kann man beispielsweise eine Karte der Bodenbearbeitungstiefe erstellen, die mit einer Karte des Kraftstoffverbrauchs verglichen wird, und dann auswerten, ob und welche direkten Auswirkungen die Bodenbearbeitungstiefe auf den Ertrag haben kann. Die Karte der Bodenbearbeitungstiefe kann auch im FMIS erstellt werden und die Maschine h\u00e4lt diese eingestellte Tiefe auf dem Feld selbst ein (der Fahrer hat jedoch die M\u00f6glichkeit, die Tiefe auch im Traktor f\u00fcr ideale lokale Bodenbearbeitung zu \u00e4ndern).<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Was ist SectionControl?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nBei Maschinen mit EasyControl-System erfolgt das Abheben und Absenken am Vorgewende automatisch nach der aktuellen GPS-Position (Bedingung ist ein Traktorterminal mit GPS-Empf\u00e4nger).
