Die diesj\u00e4hrige Trockenheit und der Mangel an Niederschl\u00e4gen im Gebiet von Rakovn\u00edk boten sich hier geradezu an. Kounov<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nDer Tiefenlockerer ersetzte in dem Landwirtschaftsbetrieb im Sommer vergangenen Jahres einen bereits ausgedienten klassischen Pflug. <a href=\"\/?page_id=21917\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">TERRALAND<\/span><\/a> hat 7 Nonstop- hydraulisch gesicherte Mei\u00dfelarme. Der feste Rahmen erm\u00f6glicht eine maximale Arbeitstiefe von 65 cm. Die Einstellung der Arbeitstiefe geschieht aus der Traktorkabine \u00fcber eine hydraulisch verstellbare hintere Andruckwalze, was gegen\u00fcber der Konkurrenz sehr viel bequemer ist. Die Bedienung muss so nicht unn\u00f6tig aus der Kabine herauskommen und kann die Arbeitstiefe schnell je nach Bedarf \u00e4ndern. Beim Einkauf entschieden Details wie zum Beispiel die Anzeige der Arbeitstiefe, die im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz problemlos vom Fahrersitz erkennbar ist. Mit der Entscheidung f\u00fcr die Marke BEDNAR im vergangenen Jahr ist im Betrieb sowohl die Bedienung der Maschine als auch die Leitung zufrieden.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Gebiet und Bedingungen des Tests<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nDer Test verlief in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Landwirtschaftsbetrieb Probios a.s. Kounov, der auf einer landwirtschaftlichen Fl\u00e4che von insgesamt 860 ha t\u00e4tig ist. Die Gesellschaft bewirtschaftet Fl\u00e4chen verschiedenen Typs von Rotb\u00f6den bis zu Sandb\u00f6den im Katastralgebiet Rakovn\u00edk. Das gesamte Gebiet liegt im Niederschlagsschatten des Erzgebirges, weswegen es zu den trockensten in Tschechien geh\u00f6rt.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Ergebnisse der Bodensonden <\/h2>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nDie Fl\u00e4chenst\u00fccke, die f\u00fcr den Test benutzt wurden, waren in der Vergangenheit nie mit Tiefenlockerern bearbeitet worden. Deswegen baggerten wir eine offene Bodensonde in eine Tiefe von 120 cm. Auf den ersten Blick war zu sehen, dass die Verschlei\u00dfteile unter diesen Bedingungen keine einfache Arbeit haben werden. Alle Fl\u00e4chen, auf denen der Test durchzuf\u00fchren war, wurden lange auf klassische Weise in eine Tiefe von 20\u201325 cm gepfl\u00fcgt. In dieser Zeit bildeten sich massive undurchl\u00e4ssige Schichten heraus. Vor der Tiefenlockerung des Bodens wurde dieser in einer Tiefe von 12 cm mit einer Scheibenegge <a href=\"\/?page_id=9577\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">SWIFTERDISC XE 10000<\/span><\/a> bearbeitet, die sich Probios f\u00fcr die diesj\u00e4hrige Saison angeschafft hatte. Die Messung ergab, dass die Schicht des aufgelockerten Oberbodens durch das Eggen 12 cm stark war, der gesetzte Oberboden betrug 8 cm. Die extreme Verdichtung begann bei 20 cm unter der Oberfl\u00e4che und setzte sich bis zu einer Tiefe von 60 cm fort. Der Unterboden begann in einer Tiefe von 80 cm unter der Oberfl\u00e4che und war nicht sehr verdichtet.<br \/>\n<\/p><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/de.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div><\/p>\n<p><p class=\"text-block-grey text-block-equal-height\"><br \/>\nDie Fotografie mit der Beschreibung der Bodensonde spricht f\u00fcr alles<br \/>\n<\/p><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Best\u00fcckung der Mei\u00dfelarme<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nDie erste Reihe mit drei Mei\u00dfelarmen des Tiefenlockerers <a href=\"\/?page_id=21917\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">TERRALAND TN 3000 HD7R<\/span><\/a> lie\u00dfen wir in folgender Reihenfolge best\u00fccken: hinter die Traktorr\u00e4der einen 70 mm Mei\u00dfel LONG LIFE mit Fl\u00fcgeln LONG LIFE und einen Mei\u00dfel mit Auftragschwei\u00dfung mit einer Breite von 70 mm und Standardfl\u00fcgeln. Auf den mittleren Mei\u00dfelarm brachten wir einen Standardmei\u00dfel mit einer Breite von 70 mm und mit Standardfl\u00fcgeln. Die zweite Mei\u00dfelreihe wurde f\u00fcr den Test nicht benutzt.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Kou-3.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div><\/p>\n<p><p class=\"text-block-grey text-block-equal-height\"><br \/>\nSo besetzten wir die erste Reihe der Mei\u00dfelarme<br \/>\n<\/p><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Kou-8.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div><\/p>\n<p><p class=\"text-block-grey text-block-equal-height\"><br \/>\nMei\u00dfel und Fl\u00fcgel LONG-LIFE<br \/>\n<\/p><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Kou-7.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div><\/p>\n<p><p class=\"text-block-grey text-block-equal-height\"><br \/>\nStandard-Mei\u00dfel 70 mm und Standard-Fl\u00fcgel<br \/>\n<\/p><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Kou-6.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div><\/p>\n<p><p class=\"text-block-grey text-block-equal-height\"><br \/>\nMei\u00dfel mit Auftragschwei\u00dfung 70 mm und Standard-Fl\u00fcgel<br \/>\n<\/p><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Verlauf des Tests<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nDer Boden wurde Ende Juli und im August bis zu einer Tiefe von 45 cm bearbeitet. Im Oktober und November wurden die Fl\u00e4chen f\u00fcr den Winter bis zu einer maximalen Tiefe des Tiefenlockerers von 65 cm so bearbeitet, dass beim Fr\u00fchjahrstauwetter alles Wasser in den Boden aufgenommen wurde und der Abfluss an der Oberfl\u00e4che minimiert wurde. Bei der Ausf\u00fchrung des Tests hatten alle Verschlei\u00dfteile die gleichen Arbeitsbedingungen.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Vergleich eines gew\u00f6hnlichen Fl\u00fcgels nach 44 Hektar<\/h2>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Kou-11.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Kou-9.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Vergleich eines LONG-LIFE Fl\u00fcgels nach 44 Hektar<\/h2>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Kou-12.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Kou-10.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Standard-Mei\u00dfel 70 mm und Standard-Fl\u00fcgel <\/h2>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nDiese Arbeitswerkzeuge, die keinen Hartmetallbezug haben, verschlissen in diesen schweren Bedingungen am h\u00e4ufigsten. Die erste Auswechslung eines Mei\u00dfels wurde bereits nach 7,3 ha notwendig. Damit der Test so genau wie m\u00f6glich ausfiel, wurde nicht nur ein Mei\u00dfel getestet, sondern mehrere. Nach 250 Hektar pegelte sich das Intervall der Auswechslung bei durchschnittlich 15 Hektar ein. Gew\u00f6hnliche Fl\u00fcgel haben keinen Vorderteil aus Sintercarbid, weswegen sie schnell ihre Form verloren. Sie wurden durchschnittlich nach 53 ha ausgewechselt.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Mei\u00dfel mit Auftragschwei\u00dfung 70 mm <\/h2>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nDer Mei\u00dfel mit Auftragschwei\u00dfung \u00e4hnelt sehr dem Mei\u00dfel LONG-LIFE, die Spitze des Mei\u00dfels wird von Hartmetall gebildet. Die Abriebfl\u00e4che und die Seiten des Mei\u00dfels sind mit Aufschwei\u00dfungen gesch\u00fctzt und insgesamt verst\u00e4rkt. Die erste Auswechslung erfolgte bei diesem Mei\u00dfel nach 140 Hektar. Der Nachteil bei diesem Mei\u00dfel besteht darin, dass er sich sehr ungleichm\u00e4\u00dfig abnutzt.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Mei\u00dfel und Fl\u00fcgel LONG-LIFE <\/h2>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nDer Mei\u00dfel ist an der Spitze und an der gesamten Abriebfl\u00e4che mit Pl\u00e4ttchen aus Sintercarbid bedeckt. Die Fl\u00fcgel haben im vorderen Teil Carbidbl\u00e4ttchen, die die Abnutzung in der Breite minimieren und so f\u00fcr die gesamte Zeit eine konstante Form und selbstverst\u00e4ndlich auch Funktionsf\u00e4higkeit erhalten. Der gesamte Test erfolgte auf 250 Hektar Ackerboden, wobei die Arbeitswerkzeuge nicht einmal gewechselt werden mussten.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Kou-13.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><p class=\"text-block-grey text-block-equal-height\"><br \/>\nMei\u00dfel LONG-LIFE nach 140 Hektar<br \/>\n<\/p><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Kou-14.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><p class=\"text-block-grey text-block-equal-height\"><br \/>\nMei\u00dfel mit Auftragschwei\u00dfung nach 140 Hektar<br \/>\n<\/p><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Auswertung des Tests<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nUnter den Bedingungen des Gebiets um Rakovn\u00edk, wo wir die Abnutzung testeten, erwies sich, dass der Mei\u00dfel LONG-LIFE bis zu 17\u00d7 l\u00e4nger als die Standardausf\u00fchrung des Mei\u00dfels und 2\u00d7 l\u00e4nger als der Mei\u00dfel mit Auftragschwei\u00dfung h\u00e4lt. Fl\u00fcgel LONG-LIFE halten 5\u00d7 l\u00e4nger als gew\u00f6hnliche Fl\u00fcgel ohne Auftragschwei\u00dfung.<\/p>\n<p>Ein Mei\u00dfel LONG-LIFE ist nach etwa 250 Hektar in solch einem Zustand, dass er nach Sch\u00e4tzung der Bedienung in der n\u00e4chsten Saison noch mindestens 200 Hektar arbeiten kann. Hiermit wird der Vorteil einer solchen Investition noch mehr best\u00e4tigt, die sich nicht nur in dem Verh\u00e4ltnis der gearbeiteten Hektar und der Finanzkosten ausdr\u00fcckt, sondern auch noch in der Zeiteinsparung f\u00fcr die Auswechsung der Mei\u00dfel und die Bestellung, den Transport und die Lagerausgabe in jedem Landwirtschaftsbetrieb. Die Zahlung eines Aufschlags f\u00fcr Qualit\u00e4t zahlt sich sicher aus, insbesondere dann, wenn sich auch so die Qualit\u00e4t der Arbeit erh\u00f6ht und die finanzielle Einsparung bedeutend ist.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Mei\u00dfel und Fl\u00fcgel LONG-LIFE nach 250 Hektar<\/h2>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" Der feste Rahmen erm\u00f6glicht eine maximale Arbeitstiefe von 65 cm. Die Einstellung der Arbeitstiefe geschieht aus der Traktorkabine \u00fcber eine hydraulisch verstellbare hintere Andruckwalze, was gegen\u00fcber der Konkurrenz sehr viel bequemer ist. Die Bedienung muss so nicht unn\u00f6tig aus der Kabine herauskommen und kann die Arbeitstiefe schnell je nach Bedarf \u00e4ndern. Beim Einkauf entschieden Details wie zum Beispiel die Anzeige der Arbeitstiefe, die im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz problemlos vom Fahrersitz erkennbar ist. Die Gesellschaft bewirtschaftet Fl\u00e4chen verschiedenen Typs von Rotb\u00f6den bis zu Sandb\u00f6den im Katastralgebiet Rakovn\u00edk. Deswegen baggerten wir eine offene Bodensonde in eine Tiefe von 120 cm. Auf den ersten Blick war zu sehen, dass die Verschlei\u00dfteile unter diesen Bedingungen keine einfache Arbeit haben werden. Alle Fl\u00e4chen, auf denen der Test durchzuf\u00fchren war, wurden lange auf klassische Weise in eine Tiefe von 20\u201325 cm gepfl\u00fcgt. In dieser Zeit bildeten sich massive undurchl\u00e4ssige Schichten heraus. Vor der Tiefenlockerung des Bodens wurde dieser in einer Tiefe von 12 cm mit einer Scheibenegge <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bednar.com\/de\/swifterdisc-xe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">SWIFTERDISC XE 10000<\/span><\/a> bearbeitet, die sich Probios f\u00fcr die diesj\u00e4hrige Saison angeschafft hatte. Die Messung ergab, dass die Schicht des aufgelockerten Oberbodens durch das Eggen 12 cm stark war, der gesetzte Oberboden betrug 8 cm. Die extreme Verdichtung begann bei 20 cm unter der Oberfl\u00e4che und setzte sich bis zu einer Tiefe von 60 cm fort. Auf den mittleren Mei\u00dfelarm brachten wir einen Standardmei\u00dfel mit einer Breite von 70 mm und mit Standardfl\u00fcgeln. Hiermit wird der Vorteil einer solchen Investition noch mehr best\u00e4tigt, die sich nicht nur in dem Verh\u00e4ltnis der gearbeiteten Hektar und der Finanzkosten ausdr\u00fcckt, sondern auch noch in der Zeiteinsparung f\u00fcr die Auswechsung der Mei\u00dfel und die Bestellung, den Transport und die Lagerausgabe in jedem Landwirtschaftsbetrieb. Die Zahlung eines Aufschlags f\u00fcr Qualit\u00e4t zahlt sich sicher aus, insbesondere dann, wenn sich auch so die Qualit\u00e4t der Arbeit erh\u00f6ht und die finanzielle Einsparung bedeutend
